    The scope of business today has evolved so much that now companies that are thousands of miles away and have different languages can become suppliers, buyers or distributors, for this reason it is important that companies begin to consider strategies to expand their goals and objectives. For this reason, C&C Jeans wants to carry out an internationalization plan, since it is an objective that it wants to achieve, a necessity to increase its income, and at the same time it will be able to evaluate the internal and external functioning, to find the best strategies to achieve its goal. For the development of the plan, the company was diagnosed, a market study, an analysis of the competition through benchmarking, the step by step international physical distribution and the action plan to comply with all of the above. The company can manage to diversify its market, since according to the study carried out it has opportunities in the market that allow it to differentiate itself by its quality and design and thus compete at an international level.
