    Evaluación del equipo multidisciplinario de atención primaria en salud en una institución de primer nivel de atención en Valledupar durante el 2017 y 2018

    The present study evaluated the health care provided by the multidisciplinary team that works in a first level institution in the development of the strategy of Primary Health Care in the municipality of Valledupar during the years 2017 and 2018. The methodology used was an observational cross-sectional study, using the instrument Evaluation of Primary Health Care - Extended Version - for Health Professionals © Primary Care Assessment Tool - Expanded Version - Facility Survey © CO PCAT PEv02 and statistical analysis was performed with the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) program. The professionals with the highest participation in nursing (45.5%) and medicine (25.6%) Bacteriology and Health Promoter the least frequent. The valued functions of the APS obtained low scores, Cultural Competence 2.2 (X: 22.13 DE: 5.89) and Coordination Information System with 2.4 (X: 21.67 SD: 5.9). With higher scores Continuity of Attention 2.9 (average: 37.7, DE: 7.5) Integral Attention-Services Provided 3.0 (average: 54; 8; DE: 16.4) and Family Approach 3.0 (average: 47.4, DE: 13.3). The total score of the essential functions of the APS was 16.4 and the total score extended 24.2. It was evident that the team participating in the study had a good level of compliance in some functions of the APS, but it was not formed in a multidisciplinary way, a proposal focused on Human Talent Management was generated in support of the administrative process of the institution, according to the essential functions of the APS that strengthen the implementation of the strategy in the municipality.
