    This research is cross-sectional quantitative, since it was carried out in a specific time directly with teachers of the Juan Atalaya Integrated College, headquarters 75-cucuta, in which the themes of healthy lifestyles are addressed, using as a survey instrument the PEPS I of Nola Pender where parameters of health promotion are handled, in which it is sought to observe what knowledge they have about healthy lifestyles and how they apply them in their daily life. A talk was given to reinforce knowledge about the subject and what aspects to take into account to avoid deteriorating their health status, taking into account the analysis of the results teachers do not routinely manage lifestyles but on occasion to which they concentrate more in the labor part and in this way they neglect their state of health without taking into account that in the future it can cause difficulties in their wellbeing. Therefore the topics proposed to the teachers are to be considered and adopted in their daily routine, avoiding deterioration in their health in this way to provoke in the teachers a better performance both in their work and personal area and projecting a better future and vitality.
