    This work shows the design and development of a digital communication plan for the travel agency: Travesías from the Bucaramanga city, throughout first analysis of its local environment and its main competitors with presence in digital surroundings, additionally it allows to set the strategies according to the needs which demand the market taking into account the update of contents frequently, more the time and the adequate platforms, promoting the image of the travel agency. Supported by the development of a graphic image for social media, which gets memorable and with that, the followers quickly identify the posts of Travesías, it is accompanied by several interest contents, they are about topics in which the tourism such as: cultural factors, economic ways and social ones allow the interaction weekly, everything is organized with a scheduled plan of topics letting the global plans with local, national and international level as well as: tips, travel curiosities, representative places, news from tourism, participation in the association of tourism by installing platforms like the web page, blog and emails that the agency currently has them, everything allows the strengthening of the credibility and backing in every digital community. It allows then, to reach the objectives by implementing quality content, in fact, in the way the quantity of followers increase they are done to receive information in the exact moment of connectivity, fulfilling the rising the number of followers, likes, views, interactions and subscribers.
