    Influencia del juego en el desarrollo de las habilidades de comunicación e interacción social en los menores trabajadores de CORPRODINCO en SAN JOSÉ DE CUCUTA en el 2016.

    This investigation investigates the game in the communication skills and social interaction in the minors, aiming to establish the influence of the game in the development of communication skills and social interaction in the smaller workers of CORPRODINCO in 2016. For The objective was to use a field methodology as it is based on information obtained directly from reality, selecting 27 children, divided into three categories (6 to 8 years) (9 to 11 years) (12 to 16 years). The instruments are used by ACIS which measures communication and interaction skills and Nancy Takata's Game Story instrument which measures the child's previous and current developmental experiences. The results obtained allow us to observe that there is a relation of dependence and direct relation of the participation of the games: dramatic and cooperative, group and regulated in the communication skills and social interaction of the lesser workers of Corpordinco. In conclusion, this study provides us with a better understanding of the variables (communication and social interaction and game skills) which relate to each other, proving a solution to the factors that alter development.

    The purpose of this project is to describe the violation of the integral development of children due to the commercial sexual exploitation of children that has been presented in Cúcuta in 2017. To consolidate this general objective, it is based on the application of techniques such as documentary analysis and the interview, being able to determine the following aspects: the normative characteristics of the crimes related to the commercial sexual exploitation of children and its frequency in Cúcuta in 2017, the socio-legal causes of this form of child labor in this territory and the actions assumed by the Attorney General of the Nation and also the Colombian Institute of Family Welfare to compensate the integral development of the minors victims of these illicit activities. After carrying out this investigative process, it is determined that, among other circumstances, the most punishable behaviors that occur in Cúcuta, in terms of commercial sexual exploitation of children, are Procuring with a minor, Encouraging the prostitution of minors and Utilization or facilitation of communication means to offer sexual activities with people under 18 years of age. On the other hand, the present study, regarding the vindication of the rights of underage victims of these unlawful conducts, is aware of the process of reestablishing the rights of the child or adolescent and of the incident of integral reparation.
