The purpose of this project is to describe the violation of the integral development of children due to the commercial sexual exploitation of children that has been presented in Cúcuta in 2017. To consolidate this general objective, it is based on the application of techniques such as documentary analysis and the interview, being able to determine the following aspects: the normative characteristics of the crimes related to the commercial sexual exploitation of children and its frequency in Cúcuta in 2017, the socio-legal causes of this form of child labor in this territory and the actions assumed by the Attorney General of the Nation and also the Colombian Institute of Family Welfare to compensate the integral development of the minors victims of these illicit activities. After carrying out this investigative process, it is determined that, among other circumstances, the most punishable behaviors that occur in Cúcuta, in terms of commercial sexual exploitation of children, are Procuring with a minor, Encouraging the prostitution of minors and Utilization or facilitation of communication means to offer sexual activities with people under 18 years of age. On the other hand, the present study, regarding the vindication of the rights of underage victims of these unlawful conducts, is aware of the process of reestablishing the rights of the child or adolescent and of the incident of integral reparation.

El presente proyecto tiene como propósito describir la vulneración al desarrollo integral de la niñez por causa de la explotación sexual comercial infantil que se viene presentando en Cúcuta en 2017. Para consolidar este objetivo general, se basa en la aplicación de técnicas como el análisis documental y la entrevista, logrando determinar los siguientes aspectos: las características normativas de los delitos relacionados con la explotación sexual comercial infantil y su frecuencia en Cúcuta en 2017, las causas sociojurídicas de esta forma de trabajo infantil en este territorio y las acciones que asume la Fiscalía General de la Nación y también el Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar para resarcir el desarrollo integral de los menores de edad víctimas de estas actividades ilícitas. Tras llevar a cabo este proceso investigativo, se determina que, entre otras circunstancias, las conductas punibles que más se producen en Cúcuta, en materia de explotación sexual comercial infantil, son Proxenetismo con menor de edad, Estímulo a la prostitución de menores y Utilización o facilitación de medios de comunicación para ofrecer actividades sexuales con personas menores de 18 años. Por otra parte, el presente estudio, en cuanto a la reivindicación de los derechos de los menores de edad víctimas de estas conductas antijurídicas, conoce del proceso de restablecimiento de los derechos del niño, la niña o el adolescente y del incidente de reparación integral.
