This study focused on analyzing how beliefs, habits and practices influence the organizational culture (CO) of health sector companies over the last decade. The main objective is to understand the relationship between these factors and their impact on the work environment of healthcare organizations. To carry out this study, a systematic review was conducted following the parameters of PRISMA and the AMCPT methodology. The research question was formulated and 17 search terms were selected and used to explore 7 theoretical databases. Subsequently, inclusion filters were applied, and a workflow was established for the selection of the 54 articles that met the selection criteria for this systematic review. After applying the inclusion filters, 54 articles were identified that met the requirements of this review, including the relationship of beliefs, habits and practices with organizational culture in the health sector. All selected articles were scientific, complete and freely available. In addition, they were temporally limited to a period of the last 10 years (2013 - 2023).
