Desde las tres esferas de lo asistencial lo administrativo y lo docente asistencial(Bucaramanga : Universidad de Santander, 2014, 2014-01-31) Galvis Silva, Myriam D.; Moreno Rojas, Jorge.; Camacho López, Paul AnthonyThis is a longitudinal retrospective study program for patients cardiovascular risk (CVR) of the Health Center Girardot Bucaramanga district, diagnosed with Hypertension (HTN) who were treated during the term of 2012 were revised Stories Clinics and registration Card RCV program, determining the characterization of the target population (demographic, clinical, pharmacological treatment costs). The control of the vast majority of hypertensive patients is being achieved with the medical management instituted monotherapy and prescription dosage defined for each molecule, which is in accordance with the guidance of the Ministry of Social Protection (MPS). As the most widely used drug Losartan and in turn more expensive per unit costs increase to achieve the objective of the program. With the diabetic population tighter control is necessary because the percentage of uncontrolled them is much greater. Having individual risk classification according to the Framingham scale is needed to guide both medical management and possible referrals to higher levels of complexity. Use of Acetyl Salicylic Acid (ASA) to antiplatelet dose has not been established in patients with multiple cardiovascular risk, moderate and high. It requires continuing education to avoid potentially dangerous drug combinations. Finally we suggest that you must seek to implement a program to RCV through the use of strategies and interventions with effectiveness and safety to reach not only an impact on the staffed hypertensive community but contribute significantly to the reduction of expenditure on health and therefore improving the productive efficiency of the system.
