    The present work is the result of the development of the internships carried out in the Ford Automarcol company, resulting in the research product called "Documentation of the process of commercialization of used vehicles for the Ford Automarcol company". This consists in the documentation of the process of commercialization of used vehicles. for the company Ford Automarcol located in Av. Libertadores N¬¬¬¬ ° 2-160 Industrial zone (Cúcuta) positioned in the automotive sector of the city. This research is a descriptive type with a quantitative approach since through a matrix of content analysis it is proposed to systematically describe the characteristics of a population, situation or area of interest in the specific case of the company Ford Automarcol where it is going to analyze the continuous process for the sale of used vehicles.
