    The society with greater commitment that the universities form competent professionals that respond to the demands of the environment, for that reason the information that the graduate reports regarding the relevance of their training in the work environment and all the other factors associated to this end, they are of vital importance in this process of constant self-evaluation of programs in order to guarantee academic quality. The present investigation aimed to characterize the employment situation of graduates between 2012 and 2017 of the Occupational Therapy program of the University of Santander Campus Cúcuta. A quantitative methodological approach was adopted at the descriptive level, trying to identify the sociodemographic characteristics, the labor insertion and the level of satisfaction of the graduates of the academic program.
