    Estudio diagnóstico del manejo de los residuos hospitalarios generados en las unidades básicas 11 noviembre y patios centro año 2018

    El presente estudio tuvo por objeto diagnosticar el manejo ambiental de los residuos hospitalarios generados por las Unidades Básicas 11 de Noviembre y Patios Centro, año 2018, ubicadas en el Municipio Los Patios Norte de Santander, Colombia. Se implementa el nivel de investigación descriptivo y de tipo campo, ya que la información se recolecto directamente de los datos suministrados por los trabajadores de las Unidades Básicas objeto de estudio, se obtuvo como resultados relevantes que no se cumple con los parámetros de desactivación en la fuente de los residuos, siendo esta una falencia del proceso de manejo ambiental de los residuos. Se puede concluir que sus instalaciones cuentan y cumplen con todos los parámetros de ley, siendo esto una fortaleza, se observa también que existe una capacitación continua lo que ayuda a que el proceso sea socializado adecuadamente con todo el personal. Del mismo modo se concluye que existe una buena separación en la fuente de los residuos y en cuanto a la dimensión de seguridad industrial es posible afirmar que la entidad esta comprometidos con la protección de sus trabajadores ya que se obtuvo un alto cumplimiento de los criterios de evaluación, garantizando que estos cuenten con seguridad social, vacunación, chequeos médicos, entre otros.

    Propuesta para la implementación de vivienda saludable en los asentamientos precarios del municipio de Floridablanca

    The phenomenon of human settlements has been being studied throughout the world by international, national governmental and non-governmental organizations, this because the great population explosion, adverse economic conditions and high rates of migration between cities promote the occupation of small, medium or large areas of territory unplanned way, leading its people to live under great deficiencies and / or absence of integral elements of habitat regarding fundamental conditions of housing, facilities, public space , basic sanitation, utilities etc. These absences and / or deficiencies promote the generation of imbalances and asymmetries in the territories and impact significantly on integral human development indices of inequality, lifestyles, the sustainability of the territories and the quality of life of the general population also 9 become less livable, dignified, healthy and safe spaces dealing within the territories, impacting on the implementation of the millennium development goals, the goal of sustainable development 3 (Ensuring a healthy lifestyle and promote well-being for all in all ages) and 11 (making cities and human settlements are inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable), and the socioeconomic conditions of the region. On the other hand according to the World Health Organization, housing has been regarded as one of the main social determinants of human health, understanding the concept of health as physical, mental and social well-being of an individual and not merely the absence of disease, there is a close relationship between the fundamental conditions of housing and health of its residents. That is why Colombia has been developing strategic frameworks for the formulation and implementation of public policy instruments in relation to healthy environment, as are- documents the National Council for Economic and Social Policy-091 and 102, the Vision 2019 Agenda Colombia - Second Centenary. (Manual-Territorial Management Strategy Healthy Environments, 2009); standards to meet the needs holistically from housing, home, environment and community looking to these guidelines Implementation, Development and articulation of the Strategy Healthy Environments-School Healthy and Healthy Housing policies, plans, programs and projects formulated by the administration of the various territorial and municipal entities. 10 So despite the municipality of Floridablanca (Santander) has been taking significant growth in recent years, this has not been oblivious to the growing emergence of slums and even more to the issue of the prevalence of housing unhealthy in these areas of the territory. The research project consists of three main chapters; the first of which mentions the theoretical referencing, the analysis of the situation and state of the art, the second chapter refers to investigative process where banking requirements are presented to access a home loan, the relationship between state’s healthy housing indicators and the impact on health and Comprehensive Improvement program Habitat elements defined; and finally the third chapter where public policy proposal for the implementation of healthy housing in slums of the municipality of Floridablanca is presented. The development of the above chapters, was able to conclude that there are two banks in Colombia leading the market for mortgage loans for homeownership, however the requirement for certain conditions for the evaluation and approval of loans, make these too specific, and limiting, which for the average Colombian family is almost impossible to access a loan of this type. Furthermore according to the literature, it was identified that there is a relationship between the fundamental conditions for healthy housing and the prevalence and / or incidence of some diseases of public health, increasing the risk of affecting the health of the population living in unhealthy homes or condition of precarious settlements. 11 Finally, once the different causes that make the problems and based on the fundamental conditions for healthy housing Program Improvement integral elements of Habitat, which consists of activities such as socialization of the iniciative improvement the quality of life of the inhabitants of slums, through the intervention of the fundamental conditions for healthy housing, Diagnosis, Acquisition and legalization of land, Reallocation of land in high-risk area, installation of utilities, Review of appliances and housewares and home improvements. The program together with the use and distribution of the book "Towards a Healthy Housing" designed by the Pan American Health Organization and the Colombian National Government, help ensure the implementation of the basic conditions for a healthy housing, either in construction processes, adaptation and / or improvement of housing, the instruments are presented in the public policy proposal for the implementation of healthy housing in slums of the municipality of Floridablanca; as an effective solution to the problems presented with the prevalence of unhealthy housing in slums of the municipality of Floridablanca, in addition to long term create an enabling environment to ensure that their communities enjoy a longer, healthier and more dignified life and it complies with the constitutional mandate of the right to health and housing in decent conditions.

    Reconociendo mi Mundo a Través de Figuras Geométricas del Entorno por Medio del Arte y las tic

    La educación juega un papel muy importante para orientarnos a ser ciudadanos competentes, enriqueciendo nuestros saberes, aportando conocimientos nuevos, observando nuestro contexto social y las problemáticas actuales que permite a la investigación aportar soluciones o explotar el saber para la innovación. En este sentido, con el diseño y aplicación de una estrategia educativa mediada por el arte y la tecnología se espera mejorar el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje de la geometría de los estudiantes del grado preescolar Institución Educativa Policarpa Salavarrieta, Quimbaya, Quindío, por cuanto estos elementos mediadores permiten generar aprendizajes significativos a través de la implementación de la enseñanza del arte la tecnología transversalizada con otras áreas del conocimiento. De esta manera, por medio del arte y la tecnología se genera una organización colaborativa entre docentes, estudiantes y toda la comunidad educativa, ampliando el conocimiento de las diferentes competencias. De acuerdo con lo anterior, se plantea el proyecto de investigación basado en una metodología mixta con un alcance exploratorio, contó con una muestra de 20 estudiantes de grado preescolar, los instrumentos de recolección de datos son la encuesta sociodemográfica, prueba diagnóstica, diario de campo y prueba de validación. Se concluye que con la propuesta pedagógica implementada con la plataforma Google Sites se pudo identificar una mejora en el conocimiento de las figuras geométricas en los estudiantes de preescolar demostrando que el uso de herramientas digitales fortalece los aprendizajes de los estudiantes.
