- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoRevisión Sistemática Sobre las Creencias, Hábitos y Prácticas que se Relacionan con la Cultura Organizacional en los Trabajadores del Sector Salud Durante los Últimos 10 años(Universidad de Santander, 2023-11-09) Lopez-Sanabria, Kemberlin Dayana; Martinez-Bayona, Maria Gabriela; Rivera-Porras, Diego Andrés; Rozo-Sanchez, Astrid Carolina; Jaimes-Mendoza, Jinneth KarinaThis study focused on analyzing how beliefs, habits and practices influence the organizational culture (CO) of health sector companies over the last decade. The main objective is to understand the relationship between these factors and their impact on the work environment of healthcare organizations. To carry out this study, a systematic review was conducted following the parameters of PRISMA and the AMCPT methodology. The research question was formulated and 17 search terms were selected and used to explore 7 theoretical databases. Subsequently, inclusion filters were applied, and a workflow was established for the selection of the 54 articles that met the selection criteria for this systematic review. After applying the inclusion filters, 54 articles were identified that met the requirements of this review, including the relationship of beliefs, habits and practices with organizational culture in the health sector. All selected articles were scientific, complete and freely available. In addition, they were temporally limited to a period of the last 10 years (2013 - 2023). The studies found provided a solid scientific basis for understanding how the beliefs, habits and practices of health sector workers are related to the organizational culture of companies in this sector. This study made it possible to identify beliefs, describe habits, and classify practices, both healthy and unhealthy, present in the organizational cultures of companies in the health sector. The results offer a valuable perspective for understanding and improving organizational culture in this sector.
