    The internal control offices are in charge of the self-management and self-control processes of the public entities, within the framework of monitoring and evaluation of the processes, with in-depth controls of the improvement aircraft subscribed to the development of the functions of the organization. This is essential for the generation of strategies that guarantee the improvement of the internal processes, in addition to the achievement of objectives and of the State entities. However, the Office of Internal Control of the City Hall of Bucaramanga does not have the efficiency and effectiveness necessary for the development of the main functions, properly established for it, causing non-compliance with the regulations, and the functions, Defined for the Achievement of the institutional mission. The development of the project is part of the formulation of a strategic tool to improve the evaluation and efficient and effective monitoring of the processes of said office. To achieve this objective it is necessary to analyze the main roles, functions and risks of the Office of Internal Control of the Mayor's Office of Bucaramanga; likewise, conceptual analysis and follow-up of the improvement aircraft signed for the internal control office, belonging to the 11 administrative departments, are taken into account; and that parameters require the external control bodies. All that in order to lay the foundations for the design of a technological tool that allows the management and control, in addition to supporting the functions of internal control, where they are recorded the findings and the aircraft of improvement in order to make constant follow-up to the commitments and improvement exercises of each unit. This, responding to the needs of incorporating TIC, through the strategy of online governance, bet on the axis of ICT component for Management.

    The following document presents detailed information regarding the business practices carried out by the student Sebastian Laercio Bejarano Palma in the company Mining Company of Santander "Minesa" within the Projects department which has located most of its operations in the municipality of California in the department of Santander. The Minesa company since 2015 is working on the proposal of a mining project to develop an underground mine near the municipalities of California and Surata, outside the boundaries of the Santurbán Páramo; The project department is oriented to the planning, execution, monitoring and control of the different projects that, for the most part, given the stage in which the project is currently, are oriented to the service of the communities in the project's impact area. within the province of soto norte conformed by the municipalities of California, Charta, Matanza, Surata, Tona and Vetas. During the development of the business practice, control of different works, management, supervision, optimization of human and material resources was exercised, in the same way support was provided to different areas of the company such as environmental, geology, mines and maintenance where they were performed Contributions from the civil point of view for field work such as slope inspection, tunnels, material collection, data collection and sample collection.

    Implementación del mejoramiento para la disposición de elementos y espacios en el proyecto estratégico de la ciclo-infraestructura en la empresa INTERPRO S.A.S en Bucaramanga

    En este documento se dará a conocer las actividades realizadas durante la práctica empresarial del estudiante de Ingeniería Civil WILLIAM ANDRES GELVEZ TENJO en la empresa de interventoría llamada Interpro SAS, que tenía como objetivo la supervisión y control de las obras realizadas en el proyecto de ciclo-infraestructura en el municipio de Bucaramanga con la finalidad de verificar los procesos constructivos con el fin de obtener estándares de calidad para lo cual se tienen en cuenta consideraciones de tipo técnico , legal y ambiental garantizando la promoción de movilidad sostenible. Durante el proceso de las prácticas se llevaron a cabo labores que permitieron el aprendizaje y formación profesional como: levantamientos topográficos, elaboración de planos, control y seguimiento de los procesos constructivos, registro fotográfico, elaboración de (informes diarios, preactas, reportes diarios y entre otros formatos de control y seguimiento). Esto dentro de los principales corredores proyectados como la Av. la rosita, Real de minas y la Cra 21. Se menciona como caso significativo el esfuerzo para aplicar mejoras que conlleven a elevar la calidad de los trabajos del ciclo red para darles la oportunidad a los usuarios de la bicicleta quienes piden ser reconocidos como actores viales con derecho a movilizarse de manera segura. Cabe colegir que durante el inicio de la pasantía se tenía como objetivo además de dar pautas que garanticen la optimización de los procedimientos constructivos ,se pretende reforzar y corroborar los conocimientos adquiridos durante la etapa de formación académica, así como generar nuevas relaciones interpersonales con el personal de oficina y obra que conllevaron a experimentar situaciones y valores propios de un ambiente laboral como el compromiso, puntualidad, dedicación, responsabilidad, principios éticos y amor por lo que se hace.

    Este documento contiene información de cada una de las actividades realizadas durante las prácticas empresariales llevadas a cabo en el Batallón de Ingenieros N°5 “Cr Francisco José de Caldas”. Se desarrollaron actividades como levantamientos en las instalaciones de distintos batallones, cantidades de obra, presupuestos y supervisión de obra, con el objetivo de aportar conocimiento integral en las diferentes actividades de Ingeniería Civil que ejecuta el batallón y también fortalecer las habilidades y actitudes para tener ventajas competitivas en el mercado laboral. Proyectar soluciones a las necesidades de infraestructura encontradas en el batallón, como por ejemplo la realización del diagnóstico referente al estado de alojamientos y los baños de los soldados que se encontraba en mal estado y no contaba con un funcionamiento adecuado, el rancho de tropa en Aguachica presenta problemas de funcionamiento debido al mal estado que este se halla, la supervisión de remodelación y mantenimiento de la sección de transporte. Todos estos proyectos debían tener su respectiva valoración y realización del paquete técnico para el proyecto, que incluye elaboración de los planos, informes, memorias de cálculo y presupuestos. Para finalizar es preciso mencionar que en este proceso de prácticas se trazaron unas metas y objetivos tanto profesionales como personales, que se cumplieron correctamente durante el desarrollo de la pasantía empresarial, donde se encontró el espacio idóneo para trabajar en equipo con dedicación, disciplina y responsabilidad al intervenir en obras de ingeniería. Fue preciso hacer investigaciones sobre la normatividad en el funcionamiento de restaurantes y servicios afines para la realización de los proyectos de mantenimiento como rancho de tropa de Aguachica.

    In this document is presented the business internship carried out at “Batallon de Ingenieros N5 Cr Francisco Jose de Caldas, institution that provides to the most affected communities by the post-conflict services of construction and consulting in general engineering related to natural resources and environmental protection. These activities contributed to the development in some of Santander’s counties. The business internship allowed the confirmation of the theoretical knowledge through the implementation of it, both in the administrative and fieldwork space, seeking the optimization of resources for the construction’s improvement and cost. The administrative activities gave support to: designing process of a 72 meters long and 4 meters high wall at the “Batallon de Palonegro”, analysis of unit prices, budgets, weekly reports, acquisition and control of materials used and support in the blueprints preparations. The fieldwork activities gave support to: diagnosing the state of houses, roads and bridges, supervision and control over executed work according to blueprints. Therefore the business internship was an interrelated set of activities oriented to the professional growth of a civil engineer, since knowledge was verified, new constructions techniques were learned and professional ethic was applied it is very important for the satisfactory jobs that need to develop a society.

    El Desarrollo del siguiente proyecto se realizó mediante las labores y actividades expuestas por el tutor y la practicante para el cumplimiento de las prácticas empresariales, en la ALCALDÍA MUNICIPAL DE MOLAGAVITA-SANTANDER, la cual tiene por objeto el seguimiento, control, diseño de documentos, auditoría y asesoría de los diferentes proyectos del Municipio en el área de Ingeniería Civil. En la exposición de este proyecto quedará plasmado todo lo relacionado sobre las actividades ejecutadas en el lapso de las prácticas empresariales, tales como, la revisión y recopilación de contratación pública ejecutada en la administración pasada y actual, solicitud al despacho de planeación informes, actas parciales, actas finales que se requerían para el cumplimiento de los objetos de los contratos celebrados, inspección de las obras intervenidas y un reporte final de las auditorías en general. Como resultado de las actividades ejecutadas en las prácticas empresariales, se evidenció que gracias a los conocimientos alcanzados durante la carrera de Ingeniería Civil se logró desarrollar los objetivos del presente trabajo, del mismo modo, se obtuvo nuevos conocimientos en el ámbito del servidor público, en donde está encargado de brindar un servicio de utilidad social, la practicante se instruyó en nuevos conceptos y aprendió nuevas técnicas para el seguimiento de proyectos civiles, además, tuvo la capacidad de enfrentar nuevos retos por fuera del espacio educativo que ofrecía la Universidad de Santander y El desarrollo de diferentes valores y principios éticos.

    This written work specificities the activities and different assignments, as well, all the traineeship acquired in the business practices accomplished by the Civil Engineering student ERICK GIOVANNY RODIRGUEZ PEREZ at CONSTRUCTIONS RST, which has a corporate social responsibility in design, consultancy, constructions, stock taking, also the service given in the equipment and machinery rent in the civil engineering area. That represents a meaningful knowledge in the concepts during the academic training, which brings more certainty at making decisions in front of different issues and risks that the work can present. This internship was based in administration activities, supporting the formulation of different projects, specifically making: memories of work quantities, budget’s structuration, update of the unitary prices analysis and technical specifications, data recompilation of enrolled works for ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001 certifications, formats elaborations, survey and another technical evaluation aspects. In the regards of the field work, the short-time perspectives were gather in due of the contracts protocol condition, given the participation possibility with some of these works. To conclude, the knowledge learned throughout the Civil engineering career was applied in the activities, clarifying uncertain concepts and learning about constructive process. As well, the skill of taking new risks expanded the theoretical part, given the practicing a long professional outlook. Likewise, the personal growth was constituted in a remarkable space to show more competitiveness skills in the practice of being a professional engineer.

    En el presente informe corresponde a la práctica empresarial realizada en la empresa ISMOCOL S.A., Portal del Norte – Metrolínea, donde se tuvo la oportunidad de continuar adquiriendo herramientas que permitió a la pasante abarcar los diferentes tópicos que se encuentran en la vida profesional, especialmente en el manejo de personal, que constituye la materia primordial para que la obra avance de la mejor manera y despertó el habito de la investigación y el estudio de aspectos técnicos y normativos. El desarrollo de la práctica empresarial se basó en actividades tales como verificación de la información principal del proyecto, planos, estudios, registros y especificaciones, además de realizar apoyo a los informes preliminares procesando la información de campo. Como actividades administrativas para apoyar la elaboración de proyectos, apoyo de reporte diario de tiempo trabajado, apoyo en reporte diario de escombros, apoyo en reporte diario de relleno, apoyo en el laboratorio y revisar ensayos entregados por empresa de laboratorios. En cuanto a actividades de campo se realizaron actividades revisión, supervisión, control y seguimiento a la obra que se está realizando en la empresa. Se trabajó en equipo, lo cual permitió compartir los diferentes criterios técnicos y actitudinales con la parte administrativa y personal de obra, que beneficiaron a ampliar el nivel de saberes personales y profesionales, adquiriendo más crecimiento en la forma de actuar y pensar, especialmente cuando aparecen nuevos retos y situaciones críticas, que impulsan a dar soluciones efectivas y eficaces, bajo presión. Esta pasantía reforzó en el estudiante cualidades, valores y principios, como respeto, responsabilidad, humildad, tolerancia, entre otras.

Operations and commercial acts carried out with the execution, consultancies and consultancy of designs, constructions and supervision of civil works, environmental and sanitary systems. The development of business practice was based on activities especially in tasks of audit of projects, unit price analysis, specifications of techniques, supervision and control of construction processes and review necessary technical documents, as well as having executed these projects that benefit the community of Pamplona , sector of the public service, commercial sector, cultural sector, social sector, student community and rural community to the growth of infrastructure of the municipality and greater viability of live. The activity carried out put into practice the knowledge acquired during the career of civil engineering, new constructive processes were learned, new challenges were learned which lead to growth as a professional and development to the community, in addition to the professional ethics acquired by the university which is reflected in the intervention carried out in the urban and rural projects that the company carried out.

    En el presente trabajo se especificara las labores y actividades además del aprendizaje adquirido en la práctica empresarial llevada a cabo por la estudiante de ingeniería civil MARIA ISABEL CARDENAS INFANTE en la empresa METRO INGENIERÍA S.A.S la cual tiene por objeto social, diseños, estudios, construcciones, interventoría y asesorías en el área de ingeniería civil El desarrollo de la práctica empresarial se basó en actividades tales como la verificación de información primaria del proyecto, planos, estudios, registros y las especificaciones de la consultoría a realizar además de apoyo a los informes preliminares procesando la información de campo. Como actividades administrativas apoyar a la elaboración de proyectos, apoyo a la elaboración de las cantidades de obra, análisis de precios unitarios, presupuestos y especificaciones técnicas; liderar y orientar el proceso de construcción y revisar documentación técnica necesaria. En cuanto a tareas de campo se realizaron actividades de revisión, supervisión, control y seguimiento a las obras que se están realizando en la empresa. Para concluir esta argumentación se puede decir que en las actividades realizadas se puso en práctica los conocimientos adquiridos durante la carrera de ingeniería civil, se aclararon conceptos dudosos y se aprendieron nuevas tendencias en los procesos constructivos, además se obtuvo la pericia de afrontar nuevos retos lo cual permitió la ampliación del horizonte profesional. No solamente se avanzó en la experiencia técnica sino también adquirir valores y principios éticos como la responsabilidad, dedicación, puntualidad, trabajo interdisciplinario, cumpliendo con la noble misión que tiene el ingeniero civil de proyectarse hacia la comunidad la cual es la de velar por el mejoramiento e incremento de la calidad de vida de la sociedad.

    In this work, the activities carried out during the fulfillment of the business practices will be announced, the works executed by the practitioner MAYRA ALEJANDRA RIVERA ARIAS, in the contractor company E & P ACABADOS S.A.S. This practice was a great experience as it was helpful to gain work experience and obtain a broader view of issues in the area of light and solid construction. The development of the activities carried out in the field by the practitioner consisted in the supervision and correct application of the hands of the 3 hands of painting in interior and exterior areas, another of the tasks carried out was the supervision of activities corresponding to the drying of finishes, making an adequate follow-up of these activities in order to verify the quality of the executed works and finally to control the respective programming of the activities to give full delivery to the contracting firm in this case MARVAL CONSTRUCTIONS. On the other hand, the work carried out in the office consisted of making cuts of work and of more concern in the administrative subject. To conclude this explanation, it can be said that at the moment of beginning these practices some personal goals and objectives were drawn as professionals, that were fulfilled at the moment of reaching the culmination of these practices; It is worth noting that it was necessary to begin again to study unknown terms that have served and will serve in the performance as a civil engineer; In the same way, thanks to this experience, an attitude was acquired to face new challenges and the ability to solve ingeniously the different difficulties that can be faced in a project.

    En este trabajo se dará a conocer las actividades realizadas durante el cumplimiento de las prácticas empresariales, los trabajos ejecutados y experiencias adquiridas, en la empresa MAQUINOBRAS DE COLOMBIA S.A.S; De esta pasantía se obtuvo grandes logros, se llenaron expectativas sobre las labores experimentadas en campo y se adquirió experticia en procesos constructivos mediante la aplicación de normas técnicas vigentes. El desarrollo de las actividades realizadas en campo y administrativas consistió en la supervisión de contratos de iniciación de obra, contratos de liquidación, avances de obra, comités de obra, cantidades de obra, seguridad social de personal, cálculo y actualización de análisis de precios unitarios y elaboración de presupuestos. Las actividades y desarrollo de procesos en campo se iniciaron con las acciones necesarias para supervisión y control en la estabilización de taludes empleando la metodología de pantalla anclada y obras de drenaje en barrio Nariño en el municipio de Bucaramanga. Para concluir se puede decir que al momento de comenzar las prácticas se buscaba cumplir con unos objetivos personales como la interacción con comunidad, personal de oficina, directivos y operativos, Se resaltar que la relación con la comunidad jugaba un papel muy importante ya que son los principales beneficiados por la obra por lo tanto el manejo de estas relaciones se hizo de manera respetuosa, técnica y cordial. Por otro lado se reafirmó los conceptos éticos como la responsabilidad, sentido de pertenencia, orden y dedicación.

    En este trabajo se dará a conocer minuciosamente las actividades realizadas durante el cumplimiento de las prácticas empresariales, los trabajos ejecutados por parte del practicante JUAN JOSE URIBE SAAVEDRA, en la empresa contratista BRIMOS LTDA. Esta práctica fue una gran experiencia ya que fue de ayuda para adquirir experiencia laboral y obtener una visión más amplia de temas en el área de la construcción vial. El desarrollo de la práctica empresarial se basó en actividades en campo con un porcentaje de 50%, y un 50% en trabajo de oficina. Dentro de las actividades de campo se desarrolló la supervisión, seguimiento, coordinación y control del personal. Con relación a los quehaceres de oficina, se realizó verificación de la información del proyecto, planos, estudios, registros, informes, cumplimiento de las especificaciones técnicas de todas las actividades que se llevaron a cabo; como también la entrega de informes y registros, cantidades, memorias de cálculo, procesando toda la información pertinente e importante de campo. Haciendo referencia a lo anteriormente señalado, se puede resaltar la trascendencia que tiene la parte actitudinal, estas labores de campo y de oficina se lograron realizar con mucha eficacia, agilidad y trabajo en equipo, liderando un grupo de personal calificado, aparte de las relaciones profesionales que se tienen con otras disciplinas lo cual constituyó la recopilación de un alto nivel de conocimiento. Por otro lado, se puede destacar el buen manejo que se le dio a los problemas que se presentaban en la obra, dando solución oportuna.

    In the current work, each of the activities carried out in the business practice by the student HERNANDO JOSÉ HERRERA ARÉVALO, student of civil engineering, in the company SERINGTEC SAS, will be described, which carries out studies, designs, consultancies in the engineering area. and auditing. The business practice was based on the development of a series of activities, where the design of hydrosanitary and structural plans with their respective work quantities was found, as well as the support of administrative activities in the preparation of preliminary reports such as specifications calculation techniques and memories, analysis of unit prices and budgets. It is of great importance to clarify that in each of the activities carried out in the business practice, each of the knowledge acquired in the career of civil engineering at the University of Santander was put into practice, where techniques and knowledge were perfected, learning new trends in construction and design as well as in personal growth, assuming new challenges and responsibilities, which teach to fulfill the work in a morally professional manner, thus guaranteeing a quality service for the community, generating personal growth, expanding new horizons which will help to have a better visualization of the professional field in which each of the knowledge and skills acquired in the university are carried out in an adequate manner.

    Práctica empresarial en calidad de auxiliar de ingeniería civil, realizando labores de supervisión y control de obras en la empresa WAMCOL S.A.S.

    This document is the result of the tasks assigned in the business practice, which describes the set of activities carried out by civil engineering student Andrés Felipe Cárdenas Hernández in the company Wamcol S.A.S. as a Civil Engineering Assistant. The internship has represented for the practitioner an ideal space to continue the academic training where technical and administrative actions were carried out that favor the good performance as a professional. The business practice process was based mainly on the execution of office activities such as support and guidance in the preparation of calculation reports and reconciliation of budgets; Likewise, the practitioner assisted the company in the preparation of partial reports and the presentation of reports, as well as in the issuance of reconciliation of budgets and calculation reports. Regarding the field tasks, activities of revision, supervision, control and monitoring of the MOCHUELO and ACORDEONERO 4 enclosures were carried out, verifying that they will be carried out in accordance with the plans, specifications and standards. Although it is true that academic competences were obtained that allowed to clarify and enrich the concepts already held, it is also the application of attitudinal skills with a great sense of commitment, compliance, dedication, teamwork and mutual respect. It is worth highlighting the experience that was acquired in the management of construction personnel and interpersonal relationships with other professional disciplines.

    Sistematización e implementación del SECOP II en la empresa Construcastell S.A.S. y gestión presupuestal en el Instituto Nacional de Vías Territorial de Santander

    En el presente documento se exponen las labores y actividades ejecutadas en la práctica empresarial llevada a cabo por el estudiante de ingeniería civil BRYAN FRANKZUA RAMIREZ JAIMES en el INSTITUTO NACIONAL DE VIAS – INVIAS TERRITORIAL SANTANDER cuya misión es ejecutar proyectos de infraestructura vial, férrea, fluvial y marítima, y en la empresa CONSTRUCASTELL S.A.S donde se desarrolló tareas de oficina en el tema de contratación estatal y de campo, en la construcción de una bodega. El desarrollo de la práctica empresarial en INVIAS se basó en actividades tales como la actualización de información de los proyectos viales en Santander, apoyo en elaboración de licitación pública, elaboración de presupuestos, elaboración de presentación de proyectos viales en Santander, revisión de papers y comités de seguimiento de los proyectos, elaboración de archivos kmz del trazado de las vías, manejo del software Hermes utilizado por el instituto. En cuanto a CONSTRUCASTELL S.A.S se basó en tareas como supervisión de obra, actualización e introducción al sistema de contratación público 2, inscripción de la empresa en el secop 2, seguimiento y estudio de procesos de contratación pública a nivel nacional, selección y participación en procesos de contratación, elaboración de propuestas a presentar en los procesos, mantener actualizada la información requerida por el sistema de contratación secop 2. Para concluir esta argumentación, en las actividades realizadas se puso en práctica los conocimientos adquiridos durante la carrera de ingeniería civil, igualmente se pudo aclarar conceptos dudosos y también se presentó la oportunidad de asistir a jornadas de actualización y capacitación en ciertos temas, ampliando los saberes técnicos, administrativos y actitudinales que van a fortalecer las capacidade s aplicadas en el ejercicio profesional.

    Supervisión técnica en las reformas estructurales realizadas en la empresa INDUNILO S.A.S. con la Constructora RINCOL Construcciones S.A.S

    This report summarizes the main achievements made with the professional practice developed in the company RINCOL CONSTRUCCIONES SAS as a resident civil engineer, which focused on the adequate realization in the wineries of the company INDUNILO SAS, which had a positive impact to provide greater comfort to the employees and get a better level of production in this company. The development of business practices was based on field work such as: Control of personal assistance on site, Preparation of work orders for the project, Receipt of Materials, elaboration of a log book, Control of equipment used by employees of the Work, Preparation of Weekly Reports. Finally, and taking into account the above, this internship was the gateway to strengthen the knowledge acquired during the training process, because it had a broader vision of the construction processes, improve the skills to carry out a laboratory work office and, in particular, had the opportunity to interact with experts in other disciplines such as: architecture, economics, accounting, among others. In addition, some personal aspects such as discipline, solidarity and sensitivity will be improved and other characteristics such as responsibility and punctuality will be ratified, it was also possible to learn to handle a technical language that is of vital importance when expressing and engaging in Work-type conversation.
