    Una buena gestión depende del trabajo coordinado, oportuno y participativo de las personas que conforman la organización. En tal sentido surge la necesidad de describir las funciones y responsabilidades de cada cargo al interior del Centro Regulador de Urgencias y Emergencias (CRUE) de Barrancabermeja. Estos centros se crearon bajo la Resolución 1220 de 2010 del Ministerio de la Protección Social, en la cual se describen las funciones base fundamental para lograr un mejor desempeño de las labores por parte del personal del Centro. Para tal fin se planteó como objetivo general crear un manual de funciones para el CRUE del municipio de Barrancabermeja. Metodológicamente se desarrolló un estudio observacional descriptivo en el que se estructuraron las funciones, actividades y procedimientos de cada uno de los cargos que conforman la estructura organizacional del CRUE. Teniendo en cuenta que el Sistema de Seguridad Social en Salud (SGSSS), debe contar con elementos que mejoren, abarcando todas las áreas de prestación de servicios por lo cual la red de urgencias no puede desconocerse para que pueda funcionar como un sistema, requiere de un ente coordinador que permita racionalizar la oferta de servicios frente a la demanda de urgencias de la población que para el objeto del estudio se trata de la ciudad de Barrancabermeja Santander; este ente coordinador lo conforman los centros reguladores de urgencias. Es función de estos organizar la prestación de los servicios de urgencias a través de la coordinación interinstitucional ofreciendo la posibilidad de acceso al sistema de atención de urgencias ya que es parte fundamental e integral del sistema local y departamental de salud. El manual de función creado es flexible a ser consultado, validado y modificado de acuerdo con las necesidades que logren identificarse en respuesta a cambios que requiera el entorno interno y externo.

    The research that was carried out in this project was designed for the confection company MLG GROUP SAS, with the purpose of formulating an administrative and strategic improvement plan, it must be said that the main motivation lies in the need that this entity has evidenced on the lack of organization both documentary and in the processes carried out. The first is the lack of marketing on social networks, as the brand and products are not promoted wholesale and retail with respect to the commercial dates it brings each year; which is of vital importance to continue to make known the clothing company in the applications of greater boom by users, such as Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp. As a second situation to improve the inventory process in finished products, in order to keep an estimate of sales during the year and project in the following years with clear and objective sales, thus obtaining greater performance and profits for the development of the company. The third situation raised is the non-existence of an audit process for the process of dispatching merchandise to customers. As external factors it can be analyzed that in this textile sector it has a competition with great potential since there are many nationally recognized brands, and regionally positioned brands which makes its competition in the market governed under quality standards, Price, exclusive designs, variety of products, among others. All this is also a priority to add it in the formulation of the strategic plan to the administrative and productive processes of the confecciones MlG group s.a.s.

The workforce, equipment of the company and tools required must also be organized, as well as keeping the work group in accordance with the objectives of the company.
