    Pausas activas en aplicativos móviles como alternativa de mitigación de las molestias musculoesqueleticas

    Muscle skeletal discomfort related to the workplace are the causes that most affect the health of workers, due to poor postures, static postures, repetitive movements, these factors affect body pain, such as upper limbs, trunk, neck and head. The research developed is pre-experimental type pre-post, whose degree of control is minimal, the sample was 13 workers. Muscle skeletal complaints occurred in workers in segments such as the neck (20 workers), lower back (13 workers) and wrist (10 workers). Three applications were submitted for evaluation and the "morning exercise" application was choised it complies 100% with the comprehension standards. The skeletal muscle discomfort in the workers before and after the application of the app, was the following: neck of 20 to 2 workers, with an improvement of 90% of the population; In the lumbar area, 9 to 2 workers with 60% improvement and wrist of 11 to 1 worker with a 90% improvement, the least committed segments were elbow and lumbar, there was a change of job, in front of the 5 of the beginning. In neck both the number of workers and the intensity is still the highest value, doll was the segment that showed greater improvement. In general, all body segments presented an improvement in relation to the number of workers who presented symptoms of musculoskeletal complaints. The note assigned by the workers to the discomforts, in the initial phase, presented the highest grade (5, 4 and 3) in the neck, thoracolumbar and wrist segments. In the post-intervention phase, it presented an average of 2, 1 and 0.
