    The application of information technologies based on collaborative work between students and teachers of the Sahagun National Educational Institution is proposed, with the aim of designing the pedagogical strategy based on the use of OVA through a virtual platform, to strengthen the competences in kinematics of the physical subject, to the students of tenth grade based on the educational needs of the student population, and solidifying the teacher-student relationship.

    Objective: Develop a didactic tool in neurosurgery that enables the students of seventh and eighth semester of Surgical Instrumentation of the University of Santander-UDES Strengthen knowledge in this specialty. Materials and methods: Descriptive study with a quantitative approach with data analysis from descriptive statistics. Were taken the seventh and eighth semester students of the Surgical Instrumentation program of the Universidad de Santander-UDES as population, who completed the survey with the measurement characteristics of the project. The students surveyed were the indicated group to apply the measurement instrument since they are the ones who see the theory and the practice of neurosurgery. Results: In accordance with the results of the survey applied to 28 students, the 86% are female and 14% are men, the qualification average in the neurosurgery chair evaluated from 0 to 5 was 3.9 and the average of the knowledge in this specialty qualified in the survey was 2.5, in the variable of the methods that students prefer to assimilate knowledge, the 75% prefer virtual and applications tools, 22% software or magnetic books and videos, , therefore it was justified to create the application APP in neurosurgery as a didactic strategy for students of Surgical Instruments to strengthen their knowledge in medical devices (instruments) and table arrangement in this specialty of high complexity. Conclusion: The integration of tics to education, manages to design a significant learning, layers of general in the student and teacher the achievement of forming emblematic knowledge.
