La fábrica de calzado Sapatos Inyección S.A.S fue creada en el año 2017 bajo una sociedad simplificada en la ciudad de Bucaramanga y su actividad principal es la fabricación, distribución y comercialización de calzado confort para Dama, con los más altos estándares de calidad. Este trabajo de grado busca evaluar el estado actual de la empresa en cuanto a la seguridad y salud en el trabajo, y así poder realizar un diseño de un sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, con el cual pueda dar cumplimiento al Decreto 1072 de 2015, Norma Técnica Colombia NTC- 45 y con los estándares mínimos exigidos en la Resolución 0312 de 2019. El desarrollo del presente proyecto consiste en un diagnóstico inicial de la empresa en seguridad y salud, seguidamente la identificación de peligros y evaluación de riesgos a los cuales están expuestos el personal que labora allí; para así poder realizar entrega de documentación que contenga políticas de seguridad y salud, reglamento de higiene, creación de la brigada, asignación y funciones del vigía, manual de seguridad y salud donde se habla del alcance y contexto de la organización y por último se establece un plan de trabajo anual donde se registre información pertinente del Sistema de gestión mensualmente y su cumplimiento al finalizar el año; lo cual conllevara a la práctica del ciclo PHVA donde se establecerán las mejoras que hayan que realizarse; logrando así ambientes seguros, con buen clima laboral y mejores condiciones de salud a sus Colaboradores.

The Sapatos Inyección S.A.S footwear factory was created in 2017 under a simplified company in the city of Bucaramanga and its main activity is the manufacture, distribution and commercialization of comfort footwear for Women, with the highest quality standards. This degree work seeks to evaluate the current state of the company in terms of health and safety at work, and thus be able to design a health and safety management system at work, with which it can comply with the Decree 1072 of 2015, Colombia Technical Standard NTC 45 and with the minimum standards required in Resolution 0312 of 2019. The development of this project consists of an initial diagnosis of the company in health and safety, followed by the identification of hazards and risk assessment to which the personnel working there are exposed; In order to be able to deliver documentation that contains health and safety policies, hygiene regulations, creation of the brigade, assignment and functions of the lookout, safety and health manual where the scope and context of the organization is discussed and finally establishes an annual work plan where pertinent information about the management system is recorded on a monthly basis and its compliance at the end of the year; which will lead to the practice of the PHVA cycle where the improvements to be made will be established; thus achieving safe environments, with a good working environment and better health conditions for its Collaborators.
