Estas prácticas fueron realizadas en la Alcaldía de Bucaramanga, específicamente con la Secretaría de Infraestructura, en la dependencia de malla vial, mediante el programa del ministerio de trabajo llamado estado joven. Esta dependencia de la secretaria de infraestructura tiene la responsabilidad de planificar, diseñar, construir, mantener y gestionar la infraestructura vial del municipio de Bucaramanga. Su función principal es garantizar un sistema de transporte eficiente y seguro a través de carreteras y otras vías de comunicación. En las prácticas empresariales se deben realizar varias actividades de apoyo al supervisor de malla vial, siendo parte del equipo técnico en el convenio de la Alcaldía y el Ejército Nacional – Comando de Ingenieros – Batallón de ingenieros de combate No. 05 “CR. Francisco José de Caldas”, en el cual ejecutaremos el mejoramiento, mantenimiento y rehabilitación de la malla vial en varios tramos de la comuna 1 y 2, que tiene como objeto intervenir 26 barrios en total del municipio de Bucaramanga, en los cuales se tiene previsto intervenir tanto pavimento flexible como pavimento rígido, realizando actividades como bacheos, parcheos, realce de tapas, sumideros, rehabilitación total y 3 vías nuevas. En este se realiza acompañamiento técnico, actas de reunión con la comunidad de cada barrio, actas de vecindad y de recorrido, supervisión de obra, y respondiendo a las diferentes necesidades específicas, peticiones y reclamos de los ciudadanos, mediante la plataforma de atención al ciudadano de la Alcaldía de Bucaramanga. Las practicas han sido enriquecedoras en tanto a conocimientos en campo, afianzando al profesional con respecto a su conocimiento teórico adquirido a lo largo de la carrera.

These internships were carried out in the Bucaramanga Mayor's Office, specifically with the Secretariat of Infrastructure, in the road network unit, through the program of the Ministry of Labor called "Estado Joven". This unit of the Secretariat of Infrastructure is responsible for planning, designing, constructing, maintaining and managing the road infrastructure of the municipality of Bucaramanga. Its main function is to guarantee an efficient and safe transportation system through highways and other communication routes. In the business practices must perform various activities in support of the road network supervisor, being part of the technical team in the agreement of the Mayor's Office and the National Army - Engineers Command - Combat Engineer Battalion No. 05 "CR. FRANCISCO JOSE DE CALDAS", in which we will execute the improvement, maintenance and rehabilitation of the road network in several sections of the commune 1 and 2, which aims to intervene 26 neighborhoods in total of the municipality of Bucaramanga, in which it is planned to intervene both flexible pavement and rigid pavement, performing activities such as potholes, patching, enhancement of covers, drains, total rehabilitation and 3 new roads. This includes technical accompaniment, meeting minutes with the community of each neighborhood, neighborhood and tour minutes, work supervision, and responding to the different specific needs, requests and complaints from citizens, through the citizen service platform of the Bucaramanga Mayor's Office. The practices have been enriching in terms of knowledge in the field, strengthening the professional with respect to their theoretical knowledge acquired throughout the career.
