El proyecto aborda las etapas fundamentales de las obras civiles desde una perspectiva idónea. Comienza con la realización de informes de interventorías, calcular cantidades de obras y supervisiones de obras. Esto asegura resultados óptimos y el cumplimiento de las exigencias legales, así como de las exigencias ambientales y sociales. Las obras civiles no solo tienen un impacto económico y social, sino que también afectan al medio ambiente. La pasantía brinda la oportunidad al futuro profesional de fortalecer sus conocimientos. En este caso, se lleva a cabo en la Oficina de Planeación e Infraestructura de la Alcaldía de Teorama, en el departamento de Norte de Santander. El objetivo principal es lograr cumplir con los objetivos planteados y establecer nuevas dinámicas y procesos. Durante la pasantía, se tuvieron en cuenta cuatro obras específicas que sirvieron como base para el desarrollo del proyecto. A través de este enfoque, se busca observar las diferentes formas en las que se llevan a cabo los proyectos y aprender de ellas. En resumen, el proyecto describe algunas de las etapas claves para abordar obras civiles de una manera adecuada, incluyendo informes de interventoría de obra, calcular cantidades de obra y supervisiones de obra. La pasantía en la Alcaldía de Teorama permite fortalecer conocimientos y establecer nuevas dinámicas. Se consideraron cuatro obras específicas para la realización de la pasantía, las cuales se detallan en el proyecto.

The project addresses the fundamental stages of civil works from a suitable perspective. It begins with the preparation of audit reports, calculation of construction quantities and construction supervision. This ensures optimal results and compliance with legal, environmental and social requirements. Civil works not only have an economic and social impact, but also affect the environment. The internship provides an opportunity for the future professional to strengthen his or her knowledge. In this case, it is carried out in the Planning and Infrastructure Office of the Mayor's Office of Teorama, in the department of Norte de Santander. The main objective is to achieve the objectives set and establish new dynamics and processes. During the internship, four specific works were taken into account and served as the basis for the development of the project. Through this approach, the aim is to observe the different ways in which projects are carried out and to learn from them. In summary, the project describes some of the key stages in dealing with civil works in an adequate manner, including construction supervision reports, estimating quantities and construction supervision. The internship at the Mayor's Office of Teorama strengthens knowledge and establishes new dynamics. Four specific works were considered for the internship, which are detailed in the project.
