This project originates from observing the shortcomings in the planning, execution and closure of the hydrocarbon well intervention projects in the Catatumbo region; financed with the budget for the maintenance operation of the fields of the operating company in charge of this area. When evaluating the most relevant case of operational inefficiency for the maintenance intervention of a hydrocarbon well in 2019 (well PROD-2), it reveals the existence of a development line for projects financed with the field operation maintenance budget that unconsciously comply with a large part of the concepts of the PMBOK © guide, but that have deviations that do not allow the real adjustment of the planned budget vs. the real executed budget and additionally there are many uncertainties in the execution of a projected schedule.Despite the fact that there are random practices of the PMBOK © concepts in the maintenance projects of hydrocarbon wells in the Catatumbo zone, there is no real and organized guide that allows improving the efficiencies in costs and execution times of the projects. Scenario that increases the low operating profitability of the oil fields in the study area. This work brings together the guiding concepts of the PMBOK © (version 5 and 6) and compares them with the guidelines currently used in the development of the hydrocarbon well maintenance projects in the Catatumbo area; financed with a budget known as operation and maintenance (for its acronym in English known as OPEX: Operational Expenditures). Designing a proposal for an evaluation and monitoring guide for oil and gas well intervention projects, with the aim of improving cost and time efficiency for the operating company.
- PublicaciónRestringidoInfluencia sociodemográfica en los niveles de actividad física en escolares de 9 a 13 años del Colegio CARLOS PEREZ ESCALANTE DE CUCUTA, 2019(Cúcuta, Universidad de Santander, 2019, 2019-12-11) Escalante Velásquez, Manuela del Pilar; Gómez Pulgarín, Paula Andrea; Rodríguez Barragán, Paola Andrea; Carrascal Jácome, Gloria Cecilia; Rodríguez Galezo, Lorencita. The practice of physical activity is fundamental in the prevention of chronic non-transmissible diseases; the present study was carried out in order to determine if the age sociodemographic variables, gender and commune negatively influence the levels of physical activity of schoolchildren aged 9 to 13 at the Carlos Pérez Escalante School in the city of Cúcuta, taking into account the information obtained through a sociodemographic survey and the PAQ-C questionnaire, and thus establishing their relationship. The objective is Analyze the sociodemographic influence on the levels of Physical Activity in schoolchildren from 9 to 13 years of the Carlos Pérez Escalante School of Cúcuta in the year 2019. This study presents a quantitative approach, in which the PAQ-C was used to measure levels of physical activity and a sociodemographic survey to obtain age, gender and commune data from schoolchildren; It is also a type of descriptive and analytical study that allows the relationship between physical activity levels and socio-demographic data to be established. According to the survey, 66 per cent of the participants were from Táchira State, Venezuela; with regard to gender, it was observed that girls participated more, with a percentage of 51.3 per cent. The female gender and the ages between 11 and 13 have a negative impact on the physical activity levels of schoolchildren. Taking into account the data obtained in this investigation, the largest percentage of the sample rated as very sedentary or inactive in relation to the physical activity performed in the last seven days, it is clear that physical inactivity among schoolchildren is increasing, making schoolchildren more vulnerable to long-term or short-term chronic non-communicable diseases.

Subsequently, scope, time, cost and interest management plans were drawn up framed in the good practices of PMI (Project Management Institute) and its basics guide for project management (PMBOK Guide 5h version) which allowed to establish the resources, activities, time and budget required to increase the diffusion time of the region brand, thus improving the recognition of Norte de Santander as a tourist destination at an international and national level.
