El presente trabajo investigativo se desarrolla con las estudiantes de grado décimo de la
institución educativa municipal Manuel Humberto cárdenas Vélez, en quienes a partir de un
diagnóstico inicial se pudo evidenciar dificultades en la expresión y creatividad verbal con la que
interactúan cotidianamente. La investigación tiene como objetivo, fortalecer la creatividad verbal
de los estudiantes través la implementación de una estrategia pedagógica mediada por el
podcasting, valorando el aporte de la elaboración en aula mediada por recursos y herramientas
digitales, de contenido radial para el formato pódcast, en una estrategia centrada en los intereses
y habilidades creativas de los estudiantes.
La metodología utilizada es de carácter correlacional de tipo cuantitativo, teniendo como
muestra un grupo de 60 estudiantes, para su desarrollo la investigación se apoya en la
recolección de datos en una Adaptación Del Test De Torrance y un Cuestionario: Evaluación de
la creatividad con opción de respuesta escala Likert, instrumentos aplicados de forma previa y
posterior a la intervención pedagógica, y cuyos sus resultados fueron determinantes para analizar
la pertinencia de propuesta y su impacto en la muestra de estudiantes.
La investigación concluye que, en un ambiente estimulante mediado por recursos y
herramientas educativas digitales, a través de una propuesta pedagógica innovadora que toma al
estudiante como protagonista de su proceso de formación al involucrarlo en la producción de
pódcast, se fortalece la creatividad verbal, reflejada en la mejora de las habilidades del
pensamiento creativo: fluidez, flexibilidad, elaboración y originalidad.

The methodology used is of a quantitative correlational nature, having as a sample a group of 60 students, for its development the research is supported by the collection of data in an Adaptation of the Torrance Test and a Questionnaire: Evaluation of creativity with the option of Likert scale response, instruments applied before and after the pedagogical intervention, and whose results were decisive in analyzing the relevance of the proposal and its impact on the sample of students.
