La presente investigación de un estudio de factibilidad para la creación de un restaurante de comidas saludables, presenta una alternativa que busca satisfacer las necesidades de una alimentación saludable en los habitantes del municipio de Valledupar, debido a la demanda global que existe por tener un estilo de vida saludable; pensando en el cuidado, la salud y bienestar físico de las personas. Es por eso que ALL NATURAL proporcionará una comercialización y distribución de comidas saludables que oferte una dieta sana y equilibrada a los consumidores a precios razonables, sin descuidar aquella población que pueden tener comidas dirigidas por nutricionistas. La metodología utilizada para esta investigación fue de enfoque cuantitativo de tipo descriptivo la cual va ayudar a identificar la distribución y comercialización de comidas saludables en el municipio de Valledupar – César. Los resultados obtenidos se basan de acuerdo a los cumplimientos de los objetivos planteados en este proyecto los cuales se muestran más adelante. Como este trabajo se puede concluir que la población del municipio de Valledupar contara con un restaurante de comida saludable donde les permitirá disfrutar de gran variedad de platos acorde a las necesidades de los clientes para que puedan tener una buena alimentación y un buen estilo de vida.

The present investigation of a feasibility study for the creation of a healthy food restaurant presents an alternative that seeks to satisfy the needs of a healthy diet in the inhabitants of the city of Valledupar, due to the global demand that exists for having a style of Healthy life. That is why All Natural will provide a healthy food marketing and distribution offering a healthy and balanced diet to consumers at reasonable prices. The methodology used for this research was of a descriptive quantitative approach which will help us to identify the distribution and commercialization of healthy meals in the municipality of Valledupar - César. The results obtained are based on the fulfillment of the objectives set out in this project, which are shown below. As this work, it can be concluded that the population of the city of Valledupar will have a healthy food restaurant where it will allow them to enjoy a wide variety of dishes according to the needs of customers so that they can have a good diet and a good lifestyle.
