La práctica empresarial realizada tiene como propósito apoyar los procesos contractuales y de supervisión de Obra a cargo de la Secretaría de Planeación Municipal. A continuación, se presentan las actividades realizadas en dicha práctica en el periodo comprendido de cuatro meses en la Secretaría de Planeación e Infraestructura del Municipio de Rionegro Santander en donde se brindó apoyo en las diferentes funciones a cargo de esta Oficina. Se apoyaron procesos como la Supervisión de dos proyectos principales como, construcción del Sacúdete al Parque y Construcción de Placa para el mejoramiento de las vías rurales. Se realizó acompañamiento en la elaboración de informes técnicos de supervisión, y en la elaboración, tramite y revisión de las actas en las diferentes etapas de cada proyecto. Adicional a esto, se apoyaron las revisiones de informes semanales y mensuales entregados durante la ejecución de las obras, se atendieron y contestaron a consultas efectuadas por los Contratistas y comunidad involucrada que se benefician con cada proyecto culminado, se dio apoyo en el seguimiento y verificación de la medición de las actividades ejecutadas y se realizó acompañamiento en reuniones y comités de obra planificados por los interesados. Es importante mencionar que para todas y cada una de las labores desempeñadas se elaboraron informes técnicos de evidencia, seguimiento y control.

The purpose of the business practice carried out is to support the contractual processes and supervision of Works in charge of the Municipal Planning Secretariat. The activities carried out in said practice in the period of four months in the Secretary of Planning and Infrastructure of the Municipality of Rionegro Santander are presented below, where support was provided in the different functions in charge of this Office. Support was given to processes such as the Supervision of two main projects such as the construction of the Shake the Park and the Construction of Plaque for the improvement of rural roads. Accompaniment was carried out in the preparation of technical supervision reports, and in the preparation, processing and review of the minutes in the different stages of each project. In addition to this, the reviews of weekly and monthly reports delivered during the execution of the works were supported, queries made by the Contractors and the community involved that benefit from each completed project were attended to and answered, support was given in monitoring and verification of the measurement of the activities carried out and monitoring was carried out in meetings and work committees planned by the interested parties. It is important to mention that for each and every one of the tasks carried out, technical evidence, monitoring and control reports were prepared.
