El presente proyecto de investigación tiene como objetivo la apropiación de las manifestaciones culturales y expresiones artísticas de la población afro-descendiente del Municipio de Ponedera - Atlántico con los estudiantes del grado décimo de la Institución Educativa Técnico Agropecuaria La Candelaria, debido a la pérdida de identidad cultural, desconocimiento de la historia, raíces, costumbres y tradiciones. Esto se evidenció en la aplicación de pruebas de diagnóstico a los estudiantes, docentes y padres de familia, quienes fueron participes en el desarrollo de todo el proyecto. Para ello se implementó la metodología cualitativa, identificando como categorías: identidad cultural, manifestaciones culturales y expresiones artísticas de la población afrodescendiente. Se realizó actividades como diálogo de saberes con los adultos mayores, entrevistas y una serie de talleres prácticos con los estudiantes donde aprendieron acerca de: gastronomía (preparación del plato típico de la región “los bollos”), alfarería, música y danza (Son del pajarito), con la colaboración de la casa de la cultura, artesanos de la región y madres de familia. Todo lo anterior con el fin de motivar a los estudiantes para conservar el legado cultural de los Ponederenses. De lo anterior se obtuvo como resultados el interés y colaboración constante de los estudiantes en eventos institucionales y la participación en el “Festival del bollo y el frito” donde resaltaron los conocimientos adquiridos con las prácticas, logrando así un aprendizaje significativo, identificándose a la vez como afrodescendientes, conociendo su cultura y la riqueza que caracteriza su etnia. Finalmente, el trabajo realizado se evidencia en una página web educativa e interactiva desarrollada en Google Sites denominada “Viva la afrocolombianidad”, conformada por la parte conceptual, contexto donde se llevó a cabo la investigación, talleres desarrollados y evaluaciones implementadas en Educaplay donde los estudiantes ponen a prueba sus conocimientos.

The objective of this research is the appropriation of cultural legacy events and artistic expressions of the Afro-descendant population of Ponedera - Atlántico with the tenth grade students of "Institución Educativa Técnica Agropecuaria La Candelaria de Ponedera", due to their loss of identity and lack of information about history, cultural backgrounds, customs and traditions. This can be evidenced in the results of the different diagnostic tests applied to the students, teachers and parents of the school, who were participants in the development of the whole research project. Therefore, the qualitative methodology was implemented, and these different categories were identified: Cultural identity, cultural legacy and artistic expressions of the Afrodescendant population. Different activities were carried out such as a dialogue activity with the elderly people, interviews and a series of practical workshops with the students where they learned about: gastronomy (preparation of the typical food of the region "bollos"), pottery, music and dancing (Son del pajarito), with the collaboration of " La Casa de la Cultura" of Ponedera, artisans from the region and mothers. All of the previous activities were focused on the students motivation in order to preserve the cultural legacy of the people from Ponedera. The main findings of the data collection process showed the following information: the interest and constant collaboration of the students in institutional events and the active participation in the "Festival del bollo y el frito” ", where it was highlighted the knowledge acquired by the students with the different practices, thereby, achieving meaningful learning, and identifying themselves as Afro-descendants at the same time; getting to know their culture and the wealth that characterizes their ethnicity. Finally, the work carried out can be evidenced in an educational and interactive web page designed on Google Sites called "Viva la Afrocolombianidad", where the different concepts, the context where the research was carried out, workshops developed and evaluations implemented in Educaplay where students can test their knowledge can be found.
