Para cumplir con los requisitos para obtener el título de Ingeniero Civil, se realzo mi pasantía en el Fondo Mixto Para el Desarrollo Social e Integral de Colombia, bajo la dirección de la Ingeniera Yody Andrea Santamaría Quiroga, en la oficina de Planeación e Infraestructura. Durante este período, sé asumió diversas responsabilidades relacionadas con el proceso precontractual, contractual y post-contractual del Fondo, con el fin de ingresar la información necesaria en el sistema GESPROY para la gestión eficiente de proyectos. Esto implicó tareas como recopilar fotografías, emitir certificados de cumplimiento y elaborar programaciones iniciales de obra e interventoría, revisar informes y la entrega del proyecto. También, la labor técnica desempeñada incluyó la revisión presupuestal en proyectos de construcción de placa huelas y obras de arte durante su fase de contratación. Este análisis tuvo como objetivo verificar que los valores del A.I.U. (Administración, Imprevistos y Utilidad) que no superara los topes establecidos por la empresa, como también, la contratación del personal mínimo requerido, controlar que el tiempo de dedicación al personal se cumpliera en forma de los parámetros de la minuta del contrato, entre otras condiciones que a menudo se pasan por alto durante la formulación de proyectos en los municipios. Además, con el propósito de ampliar los conocimientos académicos, adquirí experiencia en el ámbito administrativo y contribuir a la implementación del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad de la empresa, se aportó en los formatos con el objetivo de estandarización las actuaciones de la oficina de Planeación e Infraestructura de la empresa.

To meet the requirements to obtain the title of Civil Engineer, my internship was completed at the Mixed Fund for the Social and Integral Development of Colombia, under the direction of Engineer Yody Andrea Santamaría Quiroga, in the Planning and Infrastructure office. During this period, I assumed various responsibilities related to the pre-contractual, contractual and post-contractual process of the Fund, in order to enter the necessary information into the GESPROY system for efficient project management. This involved tasks such as collecting photographs, issuing certificates of compliance and preparing initial work and audit schedules, reviewing reports and delivering the project. Also, the technical work performed included budget review on track plate construction projects and works of art during the contracting phase. This analysis aimed to verify that the A.I.U. (Administration, Unforeseen and Utility) that did not exceed the limits established by the company, as well as the hiring of the minimum required personnel, controlling that the time dedicated to the personnel was met in the form of the parameters of the contract minutes, among others. conditions that are often overlooked during the formulation of projects in municipalities. Furthermore, with the purpose of expanding academic knowledge, I acquired experience in the administrative field and contributing to the implementation of the company's Quality Management System, the actions of the Planning and Management Office were contributed in the formats with the objective of standardization.
