Al situarse en el municipio de Río de Oro, Cesar, un pequeño municipio lleno de cultura y tradición histórica; se encuentra posterior a un análisis, una problemática a la cual se piensa dar solución con la fructífera realización de este proyecto de grado; este, tiene como meta compartir y comunicar de manera visual y llamativa la historia del municipio, sus costumbres, características propias, entre otras; puesto que poco a poco se ha ido perdiendo entre los habitantes la cultura que es digna de preservar durante muchos años más. Cabe resaltar que, al entrar en contexto con los pobladores, estos tuvieron una aceptación demasiado positiva al mencionarles la idea y expresaron con ánimo y orgullo toda esa historia que guardan con cariño en sus mentes y corazones; sin embargo, a pesar de ser participantes activos de todas las actividades que se realizan en el municipio, demuestran un descontento al no contar con pieza grafica que exponga y mantenga viva esta cultural que tanto ha marcado y trascendido en Río de Oro.

When located in the municipality of Río de Oro, Cesar, a small municipality full of culture and historical tradition; It is after an analysis, a problem which is intended to solve the fruitful completion of this degree project; This, has as a goal to share and communicate visually and strikingly the history of the municipality, its customs, its own characteristics, among others; since little by little the culture that is worth preserving for many more years has been lost among the inhabitants. It should be noted that, when they entered into context with the residents, they had a very positive acceptance when they mentioned the idea and expressed with enthusiasm and pride all that history that they keep with love in their minds and hearts; However, despite being active participants in all the activities carried out in the municipality, they show a discontent in not having a graphic piece that exposes and keeps alive this cultural that has marked and transcended so much in Río de Oro.
