This document shows the financial impact that has been derived from health care and migrant users in Venezuela during the year 2018, in the Social Enterprise of the State Institute of Health of Bucaramanga; This is one of the most important in eastern Colombia, with the obligatory step for those who decide to move to other cities in the national territory. Therefore, this work seeks to determine the financial impact of the services provided to the migrant population originally from Venezuela, through the statistical analysis of the information generated in 2018 by the ISABU. The health institution was asked to register the provision of RIPS health services, the care provided to the migrant population generated in 2018, to characterize the population, identify the number and type of attention of migrants, quantify the cost and establish the financial impact on the budget execution of the year 2018 in the ESE ISABU. It is possible to conclude the current situation of the need to assure the Venezuelan population or to guarantee financing from the national level, given that the attention to the Venezuelan population continues to increase and in the ESA ISABU for 2018 it was possible to demonstrate that the 5, 09 % of your budget was billed for such care without having a clear source of funding.

En el presente documento se observa el impacto financiero que se ha derivado de la atención en salud a usuarios migrantes procedentes de Venezuela en el transcurso del año 2018, en la Empresa Social del Estado Instituto de Salud de Bucaramanga; esta ciudad es una de las más importantes del oriente colombiano, con paso obligatorio para quienes deciden trasladarse a otras ciudades del territorio nacional. Por tal razón este trabajo busca determinar el impacto financiero de las atenciones brindadas a la población migrante procedente de Venezuela, mediante análisis estadísticos de información generada en el año 2018 por el ISABU. Se solicitó a la institución de salud, el registro de prestación de servicios de salud RIPS, de las atenciones a población migrante generados en año 2018, para de esta manera, caracterizar la población, identificar el número y tipo de atenciones realizadas a los migrantes, cuantificar el costo y establecer el impacto financiero sobre la ejecución presupuestal del año 2018 en la ESE ISABU. Se logra concluir la situación actual de la necesidad de asegurar a la población venezolana o de garantizar la financiación desde el nivel nacional, dado que las atenciones a la población Venezolana siguen aumentando y en la ESE ISABU para el 2018 se logró evidenciar que el 5,09 % de su presupuesto fue facturado para dichas atenciones sin que se tenga claro la fuente de financiación.
