La norma NTC 6047 cita la accesibilidad al medio físico, requeridos en la administración pública de los espacios de servicio al ciudadano, esta permite indicar adecuaciones necesarias para mantener de manera correcta las instalaciones locativas de la institución educativa. De modo que lo anterior, aplica para que el colegio José Antonio Galán, al ser institución pública permita estudiar sus condiciones físicas. El desarrollo del proyecto inicia con la inspección visual de la planta física del colegio, esto con el propósito de validar el grado de cumplimiento de la NTC 6047, para identificar las falencias que la institución presenta y posibles correcciones a fin de cumplir con dicha normativa. Durante esta inspección se tomaron registros fotográficos y medidas a todos los elementos y espacios que la NTC 6047 indicaba como prioritarios, con base en los datos se elabora una lista de chequeo donde se ilustra la información que se obtuvo del trabajo de campo y que permite evidenciar como se encuentra la infraestructura del colegio en términos de accesibilidad. Finalmente, se realiza un presupuesto con base en las falencias de las instalaciones con respecto a lo requerido en la NTC 6047 y a nivel estructural, en este presupuesto también se incluyen algunas reparaciones locativas asequibles que favorecen el aspecto físico del colegio y que reducen el posible riesgo de accidentes y así mismo se plantean recomendaciones para las mejoras a futuro.

The NTC 6047 standard cites the accessibility to the physical environment, required in the public administration of the citizen service spaces, this allows to indicate the necessary adjustments to correctly maintain the locative facilities of the educational institution. So, the above applies so that the José Antonio Galán school, being a public institution, allows the study of its physical conditions. The development of the project begins with the visual inspection of the physical plant of the school, this with the purpose of validating the degree of compliance with NTC 6047, to identify the shortcomings that the institution presents and possible corrections in order to comply with said regulations. During this inspection, photographic records and measurements were taken of all the elements and spaces that NTC 6047 indicated as priorities, based on the data, a checklist is prepared where the information obtained from the field work is illustrated and that allows evidence how is the school infrastructure in terms of accessibility. Finally, a budget is made based on the failures of the facilities with respect to what is required in NTC 6047 and on a structural level, this budget also includes some affordable locative repairs that favor the physical aspect of the school and reduce the possible risk accidents and recommendations are also made for future improvements.
