Para obtener el título de ingeniero civil se llevó a cabo la práctica empresarial en el Fondo Mixto Para el Desarrollo Social e Integral de Colombia realizando diferentes funciones en la oficina de planeación e infraestructura liderada por la Ing. Yody Andrea Santamaría Quiroga donde se estipularon una serie de proyectos y se desarrollaron algunas actividades pertinentes al proceso pre contractual que le compete al fondo para cargar al GESPROY todos los meses; fotos, certificado de cumplimiento y la programación inicial de obra en la cual se determina lo mínimo que debe ejecutar el contratista perteneciente al Banco de Oferentes cuando firma el acta de inicio correspondiente al contrato adjudicado. A su vez, con el propósito de que el estudiante refuerce y mejore los conocimientos adquiridos en su etapa de estudio profesional, como de facilitarle experiencia en el área administrativa y técnica, encaminada a la profesión que va a ejercer, encabezó todo lo concerniente a la etapa contractual y post contractual en el proyecto denominado mejoramiento de la red terciaria mediante la construcción de placa huellas en el municipio de sucre Santander, donde se llevó acabo la supervisión con el fin de verificar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones derivadas de la suscripción de un contrato de FONCOLOMBIA, Fondo Mixto Para el Desarrollo Integral y la Gestión Social de Colombia, con un contratista. Para concluir, las funciones administrativas y técnicas desempeñadas en la oficina de planeación, se implementó la nueva metodología número dos, la cual especifica los nuevos lineamientos en los cuales se debe realizar la programación inicial con la que se va a ejecutar el proyecto construcción de placa huella en un tramo vial del corregimiento de San Agustín de Arenal departamento de Bolívar, ya que con esta empezara a medirse el desempeño del proyecto en la plataforma GESPROY.

To obtain the title of civil engineer, the business practice was carried out in the Mixed Fund for the Social and Integral Development of Colombia, performing different functions in the planning and infrastructure office led by Eng.
