Con el presente trabajo de grado se busca ejecutar y supervisar las actividades de campo que se ejercen a través de la interventoría, en la obra de la construcción de la placa-polideportiva del corregimiento de Santiago, en el municipio de puerto triunfo. Como supervisor de obra. de la empresa PROAINCOL S.A.S. Teniendo como objetivo brindar las soluciones por medio de la asistencia técnica. Teniendo en cuenta la normatividad adecuada para ejecutar los procesos constructivos necesarios. En el municipio de puerto triunfo Antioquia. Las actividades a desarrollar en la práctica empresarial fueron ejecutadas en el trabajo de campo donde se realizó la, organización de los frentes de trabajo, inspección de labores asignadas a los trabajadores, supervisión de herramienta y maquinaria, también se realizaron trabajos en oficina con el ingeniero a cargo, en la supervisión de planos y toma de medidas, revisión de documentación para APU, diligenciamiento de informes, cálculos de obra y por parte del practicante se creó un formato para llevar control de todos elementos de seguridad que se le entregan a los trabajadores para llevar el registro y un formato donde se lleva el control de las herramientas y maquinaria que se le entrega en la obra. En este proyecto se realizan aportes positivos para la comunidad, y para el proceso formativo como alumno poniendo en práctica los conocimientos adquiridos durante mi formación como estudiante de Ingeniería Civil en la Universidad de Santander y poder dar soluciones a los problemas que se presentaron durante la práctica empresarial, obteniendo experiencia, nuevos conocimientos y habilidades prácticas para tener en un futuro un gran desempeño en el ámbito profesional y como persona.

With the present work of degree, it is sought to execute and supervise the field activities that are exercised through the intervention, in the work of the construction of the plate- sports center of the village of Santiago, in the municipality of Puerto Triunfo. As work supervisor of the company PROAINCOL S.A.S. With the objective of providing solutions through technical assistance. Taking into account the appropriate regulations to execute the necessary construction processes. In the municipality of puerto triunfo Antioquia. The activities to be developed in the business practice were carried out in the field where the organization of the work fronts, inspection of the tasks assigned to the workers, supervision of tools and machinery were performed, as well as the work was carried out in the office with the engineer in charge, supervising plans and taking measurements, reviewing documentation for apu, filling out reports, work calculations, and the intern created a format to keep track of all safety elements given to the workers to keep records and a format to keep track of the tools and machinery given to the workers at the work site. In this project positive contributions are made to the community, and for the formative process as a student putting into practice the knowledge acquired during my training as a student of Civil Engineering at the University of Santander and to provide solutions to the problems that arose during the business practice, gaining experience, new knowledge and practical skills to have in the future a great performance in the professional field and as a person.
