La Inspección de Policía Urbana III es la encargada de controlar que todas las obras nuevas, ya existentes y remodelaciones de obras del municipio sean legales, por esta razón se encarga de supervisar y dar solución a los problemas urbanísticos que se presentan, como: las obras sin licencias, cuando existe la invasión al espacio público o privado o el daño al bien colindante, entre otros. Y para dar solución a estos inconvenientes se basa en el Código Nacional de Policía y Convivencia y cuenta con un equipo de trabajo conformado por: Arquitectos, Ingenieros civil y Abogados. Pero a este equipo de trabajo le falta un integrante más que puede ser de gran ayuda por su cognición, que es un Supervisor de Obras civiles, ya que tiene conocimientos en interpretación de planos arquitectónicos, estructurales y urbanísticos y conoce sobre las normativas vigentes por la cual se debe regir una construcción, entre otras cosas de su campo laboral. En el desarrollo de la práctica y de este trabajo se da a conocer cuáles son las diferentes modalidades de licencias urbanísticas que existen y se deben expedir de acuerdo a la obra que se quiera realizar, también se mostrara el paso a paso de cómo se lleva un proceso en la Inspección de Policía Urbana III desde que se inicia y se allega la queja o petición de parte, hasta el fallo dictaminado con la apelación, y adicionalmente se aportara un folleto informativo para la comunidad piedecuestana para que se informen antes de iniciar sus construcciones y no tengan ningún inconveniente que pueda afectar su construcción.

The Urban Police Inspection III is in charge of controlling that all the new, existing works and remodelingworks of the municipality are legal, for this reason it is in charge of supervising and solving the urban problems that are presented, such as: the works without licenses, when there is an invasion of public or private space or damage to the adjacent property, among others. And to solve these problems is based on the National Code of Police and Coexistence and has a team consisting of: Architects, Civil Engineers and Lawyers. But this team is missing one more member who can be of great help for their cognition, which is a civil works supervisor, since he has knowledge in interpretation of architectural, structural and urban plans and knows about the regulations in force for the which should govern a construction, among other things in their field of work.In the development of the practice and of this work, it is made known which are the different modalities of urban planning licenses that exist and must be issued according to the work that is to be done, it will also show the step by step of how a processis carried out in the Urban Police Inspectorate III from the beginning the complaint or request until the ruling ruled with the appeal, andadditionally, an information brochure will be provided for the piedecuestana community so that they can inform themselves before starting their constructions and do not have any inconvenience that could affect theirconstruction.
