Este trabajo de grado está enfocado en realizar la investigación, estudio, análisis y posteriormente el diagnostico preliminar sobre las patologías que presenta la estructura de pavimento flexible del tramo k18+100 al k18+800 de la vía secundaria que comunica el municipio de Oiba con Guadalupe Santander. Esto se hace debido que con el transcurso del tiempo se ha evidenciado el deterioro progresivo del tramo vial, llegando a dificultar de gran manera el tráfico de peatones y vehículos de carga o pasajeros que la transitan a diario, como objetivo principal se pretende realizar el diagnóstico preliminar para lo cual se hará uso de las diferentes herramientas tecnológicas, físicas y talento humano que ofrece la universidad de Santander, resaltando que con estos recursos se desarrollara el presente proyecto, el cual se realizara en varias fases como son el registro fotográfico, análisis visual e informe escrito de las patologías presentes; en la segunda etapa se adelantarán los estudios topográficos; como tercera etapa se hará los ensayos de laboratorio CBR y humedad del suelo con lo cual se busca complementar la evidencia obtenida con el registro fotográfico, finalmente en la cuarta etapa se realizara el diagnostico preliminar donde se muestre las patologías que están afectando la conexión entre Oiba y Guadalupe Santander que servirá de insumo para complementar estudios más completos de estructuras de pavimento

This degree work is focused on carrying out the research, study, analysis and later the preliminary diagnosis of the pathologies presented by the flexible pavement structure of the section k18 + 100 to k18 + 800 of the secondary road that connects the municipality of Oiba with Guadalupe. Santander. This is done because over time the progressive deterioration of the road section has been evidenced, making it very difficult for pedestrians and cargo or passenger vehicles that pass through it daily, as the main objective is to carry out the diagnosis preliminary for which the different technological, physical and human talent tools offered by the University of Santander will be used, highlighting that with these resources the present project will be developed, which will be carried out in several phases such as the photographic record, visual analysis and written report of the present pathologies; in the second stage, topographic studies will be carried out; As a third stage, the CBR and soil moisture laboratory tests will be carried out, with which it is sought to complement the evidence obtained with the photographic record. Finally, in the fourth stage, the preliminary diagnosis will be carried out, showing the pathologies that are affecting the connection between Oiba and Guadalupe Santander that will serve as input to complement more complete studies of pavement structures
