Este trabajo parte de la idea de propender por mejorar la comprensión lectora de los Estudiantes de Grado 4to y 5t0 de La I.E Francisco Julián Olaya Sede ría Nubiola Ortiz del Corregimiento Pueblo Nuevo de Pensilvania- Caldas y se propone identificar sus beneficios. Con este proyecto se va a Fomentar el hábito lector en el área de ciencias naturales, mediante metodología Mobile Learning y subsanar los niveles de lectura literal, inferencia y crítico e involucrando a los padres para estimular a estos hacia el desarrollo cognitivo. En cuanto a las bases metodológicas su enfoque mixto e implica la recolección y análisis de datos cuantitativos y cualitativos, con instrumentos como encuestas, informes con llevando a resultados y dos pruebas pretest y post-test; cuyos resultados fueron alcanzados en un alto porcentaje con actividades lúdico pedagógicas e innovadores con la App Software As a service SaaS, App wordwall y Wtsp. Finalmente se concluye las pruebas y talleres fueron indispensables para efectos positivos en el proyecto y los efectos en el entorno educativo.

This work is based on the idea of tending to improve the reading comprehension of 4th and 5th Grade Students of the I.E Francisco Julián Olaya Sede María Nubiola Ortiz of the Township Pueblo Nuevo de Pensilvania-Caldas and intends to identify its benefits. This project will promote the reading habit in the area of natural sciences, through Mobile Learning methodology and correct the levels of literal, inferential and critical reading and involving parents to stimulate them towards cognitive development. Regarding the methodological bases, its mixed approach implies the collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data, with instruments such as surveys, reports leading to results and two pretest and posttest tests; whose results were achieved in a high percentage with educational and innovative recreational activities with the App Software As a service SaaS, App wordwall and Wtsp. Finally, it is concluded that the tests and workshops were essential for positive effects on the project and the effects on the educational environment.
