Este estudio tiene como alcance se busca el fortalecimiento de habilidades investigativas en docentes de básica secundaria a través de Moodle, que permita la incursión de la comunidad en general en todos los procesos investigativos por medio de Implementar una estrategia didáctica a través de Moodle para el fortalecimiento de las habilidades investigativas en docentes de básica secundaria de la Institución Educativa Departamental Antonio Ricaurte. Por medio de una metodología de carácter cuasiexperimental correlacional, en que se realizó un diagnóstico inicial, posteriormente se implementó la estrategia didáctica, para finalizar con una evaluación post de los participantes sobre habilidades investigativas El cual obtuvo como resultado una correlación positiva entre el uso de la estrategia didáctica y el desarrollo de habilidades investigativas, concluyendo que las estrategias didactas son una buena herramienta para la capacitación de habilidades investigativas, evidenciándose y que el uso de las herramientas digitales favorece el aprendizaje significativo de las mismas. De la misma manera se hace énfasis en la necesidad de fortalecer las habilidades organizativas institucionales para que se fomente la investigación en la institución. Dado lo anterior, los resultados evidencian que implementar estrategias didácticas a través del sistema de gestión de aprendizaje Moodle generan un clima de aprendizaje significativo que se convierte en una oportunidad para fortalecer y enriquecer las habilidades investigativas en los docentes de los diferentes saberes del conocimiento, finalmente resaltar que los docentes participantes de la investigación expresaron sentirse muy satisfechos con las actividades realizadas en la estrategia siendo de gran aporte para su que hacer investigativo.

This study is aimed at strengthening investigative skills in secondary school teachers through Moodle, which allows the incursion of the community in general in all investigative processes by means of implementing a didactic strategy through Moodle for strengthening of investigative skills in secondary school teachers at the Antonio Ricaurte Departmental Educational Institution. Using a quasi-experimental correlational methodology, in which an initial diagnosis was made, the didactic strategy was subsequently implemented, ending with a post-evaluation of the participants on investigative skills, which resulted in a positive correlation between the use of the didactic strategy and the development of investigative skills, concluding that didactic strategies are a good tool for training investigative skills, showing that the use of digital tools favors their significant learning. In the same way, emphasis is placed on the need to strengthen institutional organizational skills so that research in the institution is promoted.Given the above, the results show that implementing didactic strategies through the Moodle learning management system generate a meaningful learning climate that becomes an opportunity to strengthen and enrich the investigative skills in teachers of the different types of knowledge, finally It should be noted that the teachers participating in the research expressed feeling very satisfied with the activities carried out in the strategy, being of great contribution to their research work
