Este proyecto está enfocado hacia el diseño de un curso virtual, como herramienta pedagógica, para la organización de diferentes actividades de desarrollo y seguimiento, para el apoyo de los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje de ética y valores, específicamente sobre el alcohol, para docentes de grado quinto de la Institución educativa José Acevedo y Gómez de la localidad de San Cristóbal de Bogotá y el Centro Educativo el Diviso Sede Enrique Camilo Mestre, del Municipio de Pueblo Bello, Cesar. La ganancia que obtuvo la comunidad educativa donde se benefició,, los docentes del grado quinto quienes ejecutaron esta herramienta; llevando una serie de planeación de tres horas por semana durante tres meses de clase, acatando además competencias en las mallas curriculares del primer periodo. Esta herramienta surge como necesidad de los docentes de grado quinto no se sentían competentes en la herramienta Teams y generaron actividades, talleres, y otros recursos para luego compartirlos en el curso virtual Ms Teams a otros docentes y estudiantes con el apoyo de compañeros del proyecto. Se adoptó la investigación longitudinal, utilizando las fortalezas de la investigación cuantitativa y cualitativa, con tipo descriptivo el cual trabajo sobre realidad de hechos, con criterios sistemáticos. La aceptación por parte de la comunidad educativa, por la sencillez y la destreza para compartir las diferentes actividades por la herramienta virtual Ms Teams con los docentes, estudiantes y grupos de familias, aprovechando al máximo el apogeo de los celulares inteligentes. Esta herramienta virtual gustó bastante a directivos, de las instituciones para solicitar replicar la propuesta para el año 2023, con las demás sedes de los grados de básica y secundaria en las demás asignaturas.

This project is focused on the design of a virtual course, as a pedagogical tool, for the organization of different development and follow-up activities, for the support of the teaching and learning processes of ethics and values, specifically on alcohol, for teachers of fifth grade at the José Acevedo y Gómez Educational Institution in the town of San Cristobal de Bogotá and the El Diviso Educational Center, Enrique Camilo Mestre Headquarters, in the Municipality of Pueblo Bello, Cesar. The profit obtained by the educational community where the fifth grade teachers who executed this tool benefited; carrying out a planning series of three hours per week for three months of class, also complying with competitions in the curricular meshes of the first period. This tool arises as a need for fifth grade teachers who did not feel competent in the Teams tool and generated activities, workshops, and other resources to later share them in the Ms Teams virtual course to other teachers and students with the support of project partners. Longitudinal research was adopted, using the strengths of quantitative and qualitative research, with a descriptive type which worked on the reality of facts, with systematic criteria. Acceptance by the educational community, due to the simplicity and ability to share the different activities through the virtual tool Ms Teams with teachers, students and family groups, making the most of the heyday of smart cell phones.
