Se tiene como propósito abordar una problemática ambiental y social significativa: la disposición irresponsable de los desechos fisiológicos de las mascotas en Bucaramanga. El objetivo general del proyecto es desarrollar un plan de negocio que impulse la producción y comercialización de dispensadores ecológicos, diseñados para fomentar la recolección responsable de las heces de las mascotas, contribuyendo así a la reducción del impacto negativo en el medio ambiente y la salud pública. Se organiza en cuatro objetivos específicos. Primero, realizar un estudio de mercado local mediante la recolección de datos primarios y secundarios, para identificar una demanda insatisfecha y entender las preferencias del segmento objetivo y conocer mejor a los potenciales consumidores y sus necesidades. En segundo objetivo contempla el desarrollo de un estudio técnico y administrativo, para definir aspectos claves como la estructura organizacional, la conformación legal de la empresa, la localización del negocio, la capacidad productiva y los requerimientos operativos, incluyendo personal, equipos, materias primas y maquinaria, para garantizar la viabilidad operativa y la eficiencia en la producción. El tercer objetivo, aborda el análisis económico y financiero, evaluación de los impactos sociales y ambientales del proyecto, para determinar la viabilidad financiera y la sostenibilidad a largo plazo, asegurando que el proyecto sea rentable y, a su vez, beneficioso para la comunidad y el entorno. El cuarto objetivo, el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales y normativos vigentes. mediante la creación de una estructura operativa adecuada, que permita el funcionamiento transparente de la empresa y su reconocimiento oficial ante las autoridades pertinentes. Este emprendimiento busca no solo ofrecer una solución práctica y ecológica al manejo de los desechos de mascotas, sino también promover una cultura de responsabilidad ambiental y bienestar social en Bucaramanga, contribuyendo a la creación de un entorno más limpio y saludable para todos.

The aims to address a significant environmental and social problem: the irresponsible disposal of pet physiological waste in Bucaramanga. The general objective of the project is to develop a business plan that promotes the production and marketing of ecological dispensers, designed to encourage the responsible collection of pet feces, thus contributing to the reduction of the negative impact on the environment and public health. To achieve this goal, the project is organized into four specific objectives. First, a local market study is conducted by collecting primary and secondary data, in order to identify unmet demand and understand the preferences of the target segment for the product. This market analysis will allow us to better understand potential consumers and their needs. Secondly, the project includes the development of a technical and administrative study, which defines key aspects such as the organizational structure, the legal constitution of the company, the location of the business, the productive capacity and the operational requirements, including personnel, equipment, raw materials and machinery. This is essential to ensure operational viability and production efficiency. The third objective addresses the economic and financial analysis, as well as the assessment of the social and environmental impacts of the project. This analysis is crucial to determine the financial viability and sustainability of the project in the long term, ensuring that the project is profitable and, in turn, beneficial to the community and the environment. Finally, the project proposes the legal formation of the company, ensuring compliance with current legal and regulatory requirements. This includes the creation of an appropriate operational structure that allows for the transparent operation of the company and its official recognition by the relevant authorities. This venture seeks not only to offer a practical and ecological solution to the management of pet waste, but also to promote a culture of environmental responsibility and social well-being in Bucaramanga, contributing to the creation of a cleaner and healthier environment for all.
