Uno de los mayores inconvenientes de la enseñanza del idioma inglés como L2 en los sectores con un perfil semi-rural es la dificultad para lograr motivar a los estudiantes en su aprendizaje porque es difícil encontrar temas que llamen la atención a los estudiantes en este punto es donde se enfoca nuestro trabajo fundamentado en otros estudios que han demostrado que es posible lograrlo con estrategias pedagógicas en la que se implemente el uso de una tecnología como es el uso de tablets o dispositivos móviles en el que se les instale previamente una aplicación. En el trabajo como objetivos se ha planteado fortalecer el proceso de enseñanza del inglés como segunda lengua (L2) en alumnos de primero de primaria a través de la implementación de una estrategia novedosa que en este caso es una aplicación en la que se fortalece las cuatro habilidades (listening, reading, writing, speaking). Se pudo identificar que los estudiantes de primaria del colegio San Lorenzo en un porcentaje del 50% identifican los colores primarios y su pronunciación y en un 30% los secundarios por lo cual deben de fortalecerse. Respecto al su escritura y lectura es necesario que esta habilidad sea fortalecida a la totalidad de estudiantes y se hará a través de aprendizaje significativo que toma lo que el alumno ya conoce para añadir conocimiento nuevo por tanto se espera que en aquellos alumnos que aún no saben la pronunciación puedan pronunciar los colores y el resto de los estudiantes logren avanzar en su escritura.

One of the biggest troubles of teaching English language as L2 in areas with a semirural profile is the difficulty of motivating students in their learning because it is difficult to find topics that attract the attention of students, this point is where our work is focused, based on other studies that have shown that it is possible to achieve it with pedagogical strategies in which the use of technology is implemented, such as the use of tablets or mobile devices on which an application was previously installed. In this paper as objectives, has been proposed to strengthen the process of teaching English as a second language (L2) in first grade students through the implementation of a new strategy that in this case is an application in which the four skills (listening, reading, writing, speaking). It is possible to identify in the primary students of the San Lorenzo school in a percentage of 50% the difficulties to identify the primary colors and in 80% with the secundaries one and their pronunciation, but in the rest it should be strengthened. Regarding their writing and reading, it is necessary that this ability be strengthened to all students and it will be done through meaningful learning that takes what the student already knows to add new knowledge, therefore it is expected that in those students who do not yet know the pronunciation can pronounce the colors and the rest of children could advance in their writing.
