Es importante reportar la fuente de validez al que se somete el instrumento porque este permite garantizar la valoración por los jueces expertos y ver el nivel de precisión de instrumentos, se evidencio en un estudio del 2018 por Santiago Sánchez los errores que se tiene al no tener un protocolo como guía al realizar un procedimiento, de esta manera en este estudio se quiso validar el protocolo del grupo PURE - Colombia, que se aplicará a usuarios a quienes durante varios años se les hace un seguimiento por profesionales de salud. Objetivo: Determinar la validez de contenido del protocolo para el diligenciamiento CRF 360 – 361 PURE – COLOMBIA en 2019. Metodología: estudio de validación de protocolo por parte de expertos, análisis descriptivo, se calculó en Índice de Validez de Contenido respecto de las características de suficiencia, relevancia, coherencia y claridad. Se estimó el acuerdo de los jueces con la prueba W Kendall. Resultados: participaron 5 jueces, todos con nivel de educativo de maestría. Los índices de validez son bajos el de mayor puntaje de 0.62 referente al objetivo, en segundo orden el de registro de signos vitales con 0.563, el más bajo fue el de clasificación de IMC con 0.125. Todos requieren revisión, en especial los referentes a fuerza empuñadura que en promedio obtuvieron 0.25, y el de IIMC (peso, talla, registros) con un 0,32. Conclusión: el protocolo para el diligenciamiento CRF 360-361 PURE-COLOMBIA requiere revisión, se debe ampliar el texto, mejorar las imágenes dando indicaciones de los procedimientos.

It is important to report the source of validity to which the instrument is submitted because it allows to guarantee the assessment by the expert judges and see the level of precision of instruments, it was evidenced in a study of 2018 by Santiago Sánchez the errors that have to not having a protocol as a guide when performing a procedure, in this way in this study we wanted to validate the protocol of the PURE - Colombia group, which will be applied to users who for several years are followed by health professionals. Objective: To determine the validity of the content of the protocol for the completion of the CRF 360 - 361 PURE - COLOMBIA in 2019. Methodology: protocol validation study by experts, descriptive analysis, was calculated in Content Validity Index regarding the characteristics of sufficiency, relevance, coherence and clarity. The judges' agreement with the W Kendall test was estimated. Results: 5 judges participated, all with an educational level of masters. The validity indices are low, the one with the highest score of 0.62 referring to the objective, in second order the one with the registration of vital signs with 0.563, the lowest was the BMI classification with 0.125. All require revision, especially those referring to grip strength that on average obtained 0.25, and that of IIMC (weight, height, records) with 0.32. Conclusion: the protocol for the completion of the CRF 360-361 PURE-COLOMBIA process requires revision, the text must be enlarged, the images improved, giving indications of the procedures
