El desarrollo de este proyecto tuvo como objeto llevar a cabo la Fase XXX de la Escuela Empresarial UDEISTA, junto con la alianza interinstitucional de las Unidades Tecnológicas de Santander UTS, con el fin de que los 37 participantes adscritos a la ARN GT Santander Magdalena Medio pudieran ampliar sus conocimientos por medio del seminario “Técnicas Para El Crecimiento Personal y Empresarial”, siendo este, de gran apoyo para reincorporarse y reintegrarse a la vida civil, puesto que contiene temas relacionados con el crecimiento del ser y la creación de empresas, lo cual es importante su relación en el momento de emprender. El tipo de estudio usado para esta investigación es descriptivo, pues se detallan las características importantes del proceso de paz. La recolección de la información se extrajo de fuentes como trabajos de investigación y artículos acordes al tema del proyecto. Al finalizar los encuentros sincrónicos con los participantes por la plataforma Zoom, se dedujo que las reuniones virtuales funcionan, puesto que dieron acceso a personas con residencia por fuera del área urbana y que se encontraban por fuera del municipio o departamento. La tecnología permeó a los participantes, porque aprendieron a dar uso a su correo electrónico, enviando por este medio las diferentes actividades dejadas cada sábado. e hizo que desarrollaran la habilidad del cambio. Por tanto, se sugiere, que así haya presencialidad, se siga fomentando estos encuentros virtuales y que se extienda su alcance, ya que la tecnología lo permite y que las actividades se sigan enviando por correo, usando las demás herramientas ofimáticas, para que los participantes se adapten cada vez más, a esta, la era tecnológica.

The development of this project aimed to carry out the XXX phase of the UDEISTA business school, together with the inter-institutional alliance of the Technological Units of Santander UTS, so that the 37 participants assigned to the ARN GT Santander Magdalena Medio could expand their knowledge through the seminar "Techniques for Personal and Business Growth", being this, of great support to rejoin and reintegrate into civilian life, since it contains issues related to the growth of being and the creation of companies, which is important its relationship at the time of undertaking. The method used for this research is descriptive, as it details the important features of the peace process. The collection of information was extracted from sources such as research papers and articles according to the theme of the project. At the end of the synchronous meetings with the participants through the Zoom platform, it was deduced that the virtual meetings work, since they gave access to people with residence outside the urban area and who were outside the municipality or department. The technology permeated the participants, because they learned to use their email, sending by this means the different activities left every Saturday, and made them develop the ability to change. Therefore, it is suggested that there be face-to-face, continue to promote these virtual meetings and that their scope be extended, since technology allows it and that the activities continue to be sent by mail, using the other office tools, so that the participants adapt more and more to this, the technological era.
