El objetivo de este proyecto es implementar estrategias para el fortalecimiento del empoderamiento e incidencia política en niñas y mujeres afrodescendientes del corregimiento de Guacoche- Cesar, el cual fue ejecutado mediante un enfoque cualitativo donde el diseño establecido fue la Investigación-acción participativa, dicho trabajo se realizó por medio de instrumento de recolección de datos (observación directa, talleres psicosociales y entrevista de grupos focales con el objetivo de generar una discusión de diferentes aspectos en común relacionados con el tema investigado), aplicando una muestreo intencional pertenecientes a la comunidad de Guacoche- Cesar, un corregimiento que ha sido de gran ayuda al cumplimiento de este trabajo, con la participación activa de la población afrodescendiente, a partir de allí se evidencio el avance que se ha obtenido , a nivel general se logró el fortalecimiento del empoderamiento y la incidencia política en las niñas y mujeres afro del corregimiento de Guacoche ya que se obtuvo un cambio desde su discurso, su percepción entre el empoderamiento, liderazgo, autonomía, la toma de decisiones e incidencia política generando una transformación social, reconfiguración de sus redes de apoyo a través de las diferentes actividades que les ayudo para el reconocimiento de los talleres antes mencionado y las actividades como el arte, danza, deporte, expresiones artísticas y lectura permitieron alcanzar los objetivos propuestos desde el principio con el proyecto

The objective of this project is to implement strategies to strengthen the empowerment and political impact of Afro-descendant girls and women in the district of Guacoche- Cesar, which was executed through a qualitative approach where the established design was participatory action research, said work was was carried out through a data collection instrument (direct observation, psychosocial workshops and focus group interviews with the objective of generating a discussion of different common aspects related to the topic investigated), applying intentional sampling belonging to the community of Guacoche- Cesar, a township that has been of great help in the fulfillment of this work, with the active participation of the Afro-descendant population, from there the progress that has been obtained was evident, at a general level the strengthening of empowerment and incidence was achieved politics in the Afro girls and women of the Guacoche district since a change was obtained from their discourse, their perception between empowerment, leadership, autonomy, decision making and political influence generating a social transformation, reconfiguration of their support networks Through the different activities that helped them to recognize the aforementioned workshops and activities such as art, dance, sports, artistic expressions and reading, they allowed them to achieve the objectives proposed from the beginning with the project.
