En este documento se detallará el trabajo realizado por el pasante en la obra de la vía yuma sector 02 ubicada a las salidas de Barrancabermeja, Santander en el cual se desarrollaron actividades de carácter administrativas se definirán conceptos afianzados durante este proceso de formación en el cual se vieron involucrados distintos profesionales quienes brindaron el apoyo necesario para el enriquecimiento en la formación del pasante, se brindara una breve introducción donde se explicara el contexto en el cual se desenvolvió la pasantía trazándose objetivos relacionados con las funciones propias desarrolladas dentro de la empresa contratista. Se brinda un ambiente laboral propicio para el afianzamiento de múltiples conceptos y situaciones diarias las cuales permiten al pasante adquirir nuevas destrezas para cumplir con tareas que desafían las capacidades del estudiante que le permiten adquirir experiencia y estándares de nivel profesional. Se describe detalladamente la operación de transporte de material para la obra vía yuma en el cual el pasante tuvo la oportunidad de realizar aportes a la empresa las cuales contribuyeron de una manera positiva en las funciones y actividades que se desarrollaron durante el tiempo de la pasantía y desarrollo de la obra. Se culmina la obra al mismo tiempo que el tiempo de la pasantía donde se logro el objetivo de brindarle al estudiante un ambiente bastante cercano al campo laboral en el cual se podría desempeñar experimentando ritmos de trabajo, relaciones laborales, responsabilidad en toma de decisiones, manejo de personal y actividades administrativas durante los cinco meses de duración.

This document will detail the work done by the intern in the work of the Yuma road sector 02 located at the exits of Barrancabermeja, Santander in which administrative activities were developed, concepts strengthened during this training process in which different professionals were involved who provided the necessary support for the enrichment in the training of the intern will be defined, a brief introduction will be provided where the context in which the internship was developed will be explained, outlining objectives related to the functions developed within the contractor company. It provides a work environment conducive to the strengthening of multiple concepts and daily situations which allow the intern to acquire new skills to perform tasks that challenge the student's capabilities that allow him/her to acquire experience and professional level standards. The operation of material transportation for the construction site via yuma is described in detail, in which the intern had the opportunity to make contributions to the company which contributed in a positive way in the functions and activities that were developed during the time of the internship and development of the construction site. The work was completed at the same time as the internship, where the objective of providing the student with an environment very close to the labor field in which he could work, experiencing work rhythms, labor relations, responsibility in decision making, personnel management and administrative activities during the five months of duration was achieved.
