Este proyecto tiene como objetivo principal la elaboración de una producción audiovisual que visibilice y resalte las actividades de las mujeres rurales en el departamento de Norte de Santander, enfocándose en sus emprendimientos de transformación de productos agrícolas y pecuarios. A pesar de su significativa contribución a la economía local, la labor de estas mujeres sigue siendo subestimada y poco reconocida. El proyecto busca revertir esta invisibilidad, promoviendo la equidad de género y el desarrollo inclusivo en la región. Los objetivos específicos del proyecto incluyen la planificación detallada de la producción audiovisual, la documentación de las actividades de las mujeres en sus agronegocios, y la creación de material audiovisual que refleje de manera fiel y atractiva su trabajo y logros. Se utilizarán técnicas de Mapeo de Actores para identificar y analizar la influencia de las principales protagonistas y sus redes de apoyo, asegurando una representación precisa y comprensiva de sus esfuerzos. Además de visibilizar el empoderamiento económico de las mujeres rurales, este proyecto busca resaltar su capacidad para identificar y satisfacer necesidades locales a través de sus emprendimientos. Se abordarán sus innovaciones y enfoques en sostenibilidad ambiental y social, subrayando su papel crucial en el desarrollo económico y comunitario de Norte de Santander. Este trabajo no solo proporcionará un recurso valioso para la difusión de sus historias y logros, sino que también servirá como una herramienta de inspiración y modelo para otras mujeres rurales en la región y más allá. En última instancia, se espera que este proyecto contribuya a una mayor valorización y apoyo a los emprendimientos liderados por mujeres, promoviendo un entorno más equitativo y sostenible en el ámbito rural.

The main objective of this project is the elaboration of an audiovisual production that makes visible and highlights the activities of rural women in the department of Norte de Santander, focusing on their enterprises in the transformation of agricultural and livestock products. Despite their significant contribution to the local economy, the work of these women continues to be underestimated and little recognized. The project seeks to reverse this invisibility, promoting gender equity and inclusive development in the region. The specific objectives of the project include detailed planning of the audiovisual production, documentation of the women's activities in their agribusinesses, and the creation of audiovisual material that faithfully and attractively reflects their work and achievements. Stakeholder Mapping techniques will be used to identify and analyze the influence of key players and their support networks, ensuring an accurate and comprehensive representation of their efforts. In addition to highlighting the economic empowerment of rural women, this project seeks to highlight their capacity to identify and satisfy local needs through their enterprises. It will address their innovations and approaches to environmental and social sustainability, highlighting their crucial role in the economic and community development of Norte de Santander. This work will not only provide a valuable resource for the dissemination of their stories and achievements, but will also serve as an inspirational tool and model for other rural women in the region and beyond. Ultimately, it is hoped that this project will contribute to greater appreciation and support for women-led entrepreneurship, promoting a more equitable and sustainable rural environment.
