The problems of ergonomics in the work place occupy one of the main positions of the problematic of workers as much of offices as of other atmospheres, as they are it the rooms of surgeries. The lack of good working conditions that guarantee the well-being of the worker or in this specific case of the university practitioner, can cause many problems that end up affecting the health of the worker and in the long term affecting their quality of life. During the development of this project, it is intended to analyze and identify the main problem that affects the students who carry out their university practices in the different hospital institutions with which the University of Santander (UDES), Has an agreement. For the elaboration of this investigation, we developed a series of surveys which were carried out to students of surgical instrumentation in semesters where hospital practices are required as requirements for the approval of the semester student. Once the information was collected and tabulated, it was tabulated to be able to handle the data obtained more easily, yielding satisfactory results for our investigation. Once the information obtained was analyzed, we observed that the conditions in which students perform their university practices are not the most favorable and that in many situations the conditions of safety and health at work are not taken into account by the institutions in which the study was conducted.

Los problemas de ergonomía en el sitio de trabajo ocupan uno de los principales puestos de la problemática de trabajadores tanto de oficinas como de otros ambientes, como lo son las salas de cirugías. La falta de unas buenas condiciones laborales que garanticen el bienestar del trabajador o en este caso en específico del practicante universitario, pueden acarrear muchas problemáticas que terminan afectando la salud del trabajador y a largo plazo afectando su calidad de vida. Durante el desarrollo de este proyecto se pretende analizar e identificar la principal problemática que afecta a los estudiantes que realizan sus prácticas universitarias en las diferentes instituciones hospitalarias con las cuales tiene convenio la universidad de Santander, UDES. Para la elaboración de esta investigación desarrollamos una serie de encuestas las cuales fueron realizadas a estudiantes de instrumentación quirúrgica en semestres donde se requieren hacer prácticas hospitalarias como requisitos para la aprobación del semestre cursante. Una vez recolectada y tabulada la información, se tabulo para poder manejar más fácilmente los datos obtenidos arrojándonos resultados satisfactorios para nuestra investigación. Una vez analizada la información obtenida pudimos observas que las condiciones en las cuales los estudiantes realizan sus prácticas universitarias no son las más favorables y que en muchas situaciones las condiciones de seguridad y salud en el trabajo no son tenidas en cuenta por las instituciones en las cuales se realizó el estudio.
