La presente propuesta pedagógica está dirigida a desarrollar las competencias Lectoescritoras en estudiantes del grado segundo, surge como respuesta a la necesidad de establecer, organizar y evaluar estrategias didácticas mediante el uso de TIC, para mejorar niveles de competencia Lecto-escritoras, dando uso de los recursos de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación y del disfrute que los niños presentan por estas. El alcance de la investigación buscó un análisis del grupo de estudiantes (15) cursan grado segundo, de la institución educativa Policarpa Salavarrieta de la Ciudad de Villavicencio, niños y niñas que oscilan entre la entre los 7 a 8 años, en donde se pueda impactar su desempeño en las competencias de Lecto-escritoras. La investigación se basa en el enfoque cualitativo, en interés de fortalecer los procesos de aprendizaje, para incentivar la práctica así la lectura y promover en los docentes mayor interés por la enseñanza sobre el análisis y la interpretación textual, donde se plantea una problemática de investigación, la cual, a través del planteamiento de hipótesis, la intervención y el seguimiento de los resultados en el transcurso de la investigación permite estructurar, replantear y estudiar de manera holística los resultados obtenidos.

The present pedagogical proposal is aimed at developing reading-writing skills in second grade students, it arises as a response to the need to establish, organize and evaluate teaching strategies through the use of TIC, to improve levels of reading-writing skills, using of the resources of information and communication technologies and the enjoyment that children have for them. The scope of the investigation sought an analysis of the group of students (15) in second grade, from the educational institution Policarpa Salavarrieta in the City of Villavicencio, boys and girls ranging from 7 to 8 years old, where it can impact their performance in the reading-writing competitions. The research is based on the qualitative approach, in the interest of strengthening the learning processes, to restore the habit of a good reader and generate interest in the students for the world of textual analysis and interpretation, where a research problem arises, the which, through the approach of hypotheses, the intervention and the follow-up of the results in the course of the investigation allows to structure, rethink and study in a holistic way the results obtained.
