Cuando hablamos de Discapacidades, nos referimos a no tan solo las afecciones físicas sino también la mentales; pero este concepto es tan amplio que hasta en la parte educativa existen limitación para este tipo de niño, porque su condición es un poco diferente. Este trabajo se basa en la forma en os diferente niños, niñas y adolescentes que manejan este tipo de condiciones y su área académica ha sido un poco afecta por el rechazo de estas afecciones; lo cual genera en los padres de familia algunas inconformidades, por el modo del trato hacia sus hijos menores. Se hacen algunas sugerencias al manual de convivencia del Colegio Integrado Juan Atalaya, para hacerlo mas integral con estos NNA con discapacidades y promoverlos en todo el ámbito estudiantil un inclusión armónica y sincera. Se busco poder generar una empatía entre padres con NNA en condiciones especiales, y el plantel educativo fueran recíprocos y de manera armónica y así contribuir de mejor manera el crecimiento personal y educativa de cada uno de ellos; entendiendo que ellos o ellas que no tan solo por circunstancia del ambiente sino también, en la parte genética y con esto hacemos procesos más sanos para todos.

When we talk about Disabilities, we refer not only to physical but also mental conditions; but this concept is so broad that even in the educational part there are limitations for this type of child, because their condition is a little different. This work depends on the manner in which the different children, adolescents handle this type of conditions and their academic area has been a little affected by the rejection of these conditions; which generates some disagreements in the parents, by the way they treat their minor children. Some suggestions are made to the coexistence manual of the Juan Atalaya Integrated School, to make it more integral with these children and adolescents with special conditions and thus promote harmonious and sincere inclusion throughout the student environment. It was sought to be able to generate empathy between parents with children and adolescents with special conditions, and the educational institution were reciprocal and harmoniously and thus contribute in an improved way to the personal and educational growth of each of them; understanding that they or they that not not just because to environmental circumstances, but also because of genetic part and with this we make healthier processes for everyone.
