La presente practica se llevó a cabo en el semestre B-2018 en el área psicosocial donde se ejecutaron los programas enfocados en el desarrollo de la inteligencia emocional mediante el uso de la técnica recreativa y el desarrollo de la identidad ocupacional a través de la técnica expresivo-proyectiva con los adolescentes de la ONG crecer en familia de la modalidad situación de vida en calle, contemplando los factores contextuales en los que se encuentra la población, donde se realizó un bagaje integral a partir de la implementación de estrategias y mecanismos que favorecieron el máximo desarrollo de los adolescentes por medio de un desenvolvimiento autónomo en la participación ocupacional de cada uno de ellos, enfatizando en los componentes de la inteligencia emocional establecidos por Daniel Goleman orientándolos mediante cada actividad diseñada en la identificación, expresión y control de emociones como herramienta facilitadora para el manejo de relaciones interpersonales y una participación social funcional, así mismo, se fomentó en la identificación de las capacidades y habilidades individuales en permitiendo de esta manera la creencia y apreciación de sí mismo, que motiven la voluntad e iniciativa para la elección y desempeño de una ocupación.
