En La Ciudad De Pedro María Ureña, Estado Táchira, República Bolivariana De Venezuela donde se partió desde el análisis normativo en cuanto a los estándares de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, para dar continuidad al análisis de los riesgos existentes en la empresa objeto de estudio y por último la propuesta de estrategias para la prevención de las consecuencias que produzca la no aplicación de las normas sobre prevención en el trabajo.

    El bienestar laboral es una de las claves para conseguir un equipo productivo, motivado y comprometido con la empresa. Cuando hace referencia al bienestar laboral, no solo nos referimos a estar sanos de salud y no padecer enfermedades, sino también en un bienestar emocional que haga sentir a las personas que están contentos con lo que hacen. El presente proyecto se elabora a partir dos diagnósticos realizados en las tres áreas de la empresa (administración, comercialización y producción) el primero es sobre las necesidades del bienestar laboral de sus empleados que incluye sentido de pertenencia, calidad de vida laboral y motivación, y el segundo es el perfil sociodemográfico.

    Work well-being is one of the keys to achieve a productive team, motivated and committed to the company. When referring to work well-being, we not only refer to being healthy and not suffering from illnesses, but also in emotional well-being that makes people feel happy with what they do. This project is based on two diagnoses carried out in the three areas of the company (administration, marketing and production). The first is about the needs of the labor welfare of its employees that includes a sense of belonging, quality of working life and motivation, and the second is the sociodemographic profile.

    Esta práctica realizada en la empresa Flores la Mana, Tocancipá, Cundinamarca, se realizó en el área de trabajo de cada operario del área de poscosecha debe reunir un conjunto de características que deben proporcionar un puesto de trabajo cómodo para la persona que realiza la labor, ya que por ser un puesto productivo, el operario debe permanecer allí todas las horas laborables del día. Para la empresa FLORES LA MANA este proyecto es importante porque representa una alternativa diferente para el puesto de trabajo de clasificación y boncheo de clavel, ya que con su implementación se logrará proporcionar una herramienta de trabajo que mejorará las posiciones ergonómicas del operario.

According to the above, there could be an improvement in dispatch times. Nowadays, the supply axis that drives the entire productive chain is the customer, since the supply chain depends on it, the most important thing is to maintain the client and at the same time get more customers, in order to be able to grow and stay current in the market.

    A proposal was developed for the update of the management system based on NTC-ISO-IEC 17020: 2012 for an inspection body, CDA ELARAUCO S.AS for its subsequent renewal of accreditation by the national accreditation body of Colombia. XI The initial diagnosis to the Inspection Body was made through a survey. technique used to capture information, and another study tool that evaluates the internal and external situation of companies, such as the DOFA. It was studied and analyzed the different technical regulations and legal requirements that for the company CDA EL ARAUCO SAS it is of vital importance to have knowledge for the free operation of the inspection body, in which the different documents that the organization has were analyzed as: procedures , instructions, formats, guides, manuals and records, from which those documents that comply with the ISO 9001: 2015 standard were withdrawn, since this standard no longer applies to the company and can be a headache in audits with the ONAC

    This project was addressed in order to carry out a program to raise awareness of the quality management design in the company INDUSTRIAS CYY MART SAS, located in the city of Cúcuta, Norte de Santander, Colombia, under ISO 9001: 2015. The sensitization program was developed for all members of the company characterizing the target audience in order to design different teaching strategies to facilitate learning, among them were used: talks, audios, videos, active pause exercises and quality bulletin. The tools and means for the transmission of knowledge were varied: blackboard, slides, computers and video beam, among others. The preparation of this project required different repositories mentioned in the benchmarking, used as support for the design of the content.

    El presente proyecto aborda un Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad en base a los lineamientos de la NTC-ISO 9001:2015, es uno de los estándares internacionales de mayor aceptación a nivel mundial, la norma ha sido actualizada recientemente con el fin de enfrentar los desafíos de la economía global, la tecnología y el entorno, es por ello que se vio la necesidad de documentar e implementar en un futuro en la empresa INDUSTRIAS CYY MART S.A.S. El conjunto de metodologías y bases teóricas utilizadas incluyeron aquellas promovidas por la Organización Internacional para la Normalización, ISO, para el sistema de gestión de la calidad, como el enfoque por procesos, los principios de la gestión de la calidad y el ciclo Planear-Hacer-Verificar-Actuar, PHVA (Instituto Colombiano de Normas Técnicas y Certificación, ICONTEC, 2015).

    Propuesta de mejora al sistema de indicadores del área de acondicionamiento de PROCAPS BOGOTÁ.

    In this project, the Balance Scorecard design was carried out in the conditioning area of Procaps Bogotá, in which the 4 indicators that would be measured and evaluated in that statistical and measurement system were identified and designed, studying the current needs of the area and its shortcomings, these 4 indicators are: the productive level, absenteeism, non-conformities, and disciplinary and safety processes. Together with the design of the indicators, their collection formats were generated in order to have real and concrete data that can give a real diagnosis of the area, in addition to this, improvements were made in the process such as the creation of a commitment format and Disciplinary guidelines for compliance, which without the full implementation of the Balance Scorecard have begun to show improvements at the productive level due to the monitoring and actions taken with the results found. The Balance Scorecard is finalized in its design and ready for its implementation being endorsed by the coordinator of the areas, and the head of operations of the company, presenting notable improvements at the productive level since before its implementation, is a guarantee for the optimization of the area.

    La entidad pública Instituto de Desarrollo de Arauca – IDEAR ubicada en la ciudad de Arauca Colombia, implemento en el año 2016 un sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el x trabajo, diseñado por una especialista en el tema, este sistema nunca se diligencio en su totalidad, ni se guardaron constancias de su ejecución o manejo, lo que se traduce en la perdida de dinero y tiempo que se invirtió en aquel proyecto, en el año 2019 aprovechando la reciente actualización de los estándares mínimos establecidos por la resolución 0312 de 2019, en la que para las empresa de 11 a 50 trabajadores han disminuido de 81 estándares a solo 21, se estableció el objetivo de implementar este sistema bajo los criterios de la nueva resolución dándole cumplimiento a los nuevos requisitos y la normativa legal vigente. El objetivo del proyecto es implementar el sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo bajo los parámetros legales de la resolución 0312 de 2019 (estándares mínimos) en el instituto de desarrollo de Arauca, ¿Es de vital importancia la implementación del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo en la entidad pública instituto de desarrollo de Arauca-idear?

    The quality management system for the company ACID INGENIERIA according to the ISO 9001: 2015 standard; in order to document, properly adjust the processes and procedures, implement a continuous improvement plan that allows the company a better quality in its services; “The adoption of a quality management system is a strategic decision for an organization that can help it improve its overall performance and provide a solid basis for sustainable development initiatives to be in accordance with the requirements of this International Standard, a organization needs to plan and implement actions to address risks and opportunities. Addressing both risks and opportunities that establish a basis for increasing the effectiveness of the quality management system, achieving better results and preventing negative effects ”. (NTC-ISO, 2015) The administrative, managerial and operational processes of the company will benefit if a quality management system is implemented as required by ISO 9001; 2015, achieving a position in the market, with the main objective of providing a good service and that its clients are comfortable with the services offered. It is necessary to adopt the useful quality evocation tool; since the company is aware of the rapid growth, in terms of competition and its purpose is to seek the improvement of an excellent service. Currently, to face the challenges of competitiveness and productivity, organizations require management models that promote customer satisfaction and it is through the formulation of a possible quality management system based on the ISO 9001 standard. : 2015, how these challenges can be faced.     El presente proyecto pretende conocer y establecer los procesos de una subárea de recursos humanos, teniendo en cuenta la norma ISO 9001: 2015 ya que se enfoca en procesos y en el ciclo PHVA y tener en cuenta el estándar interno de la compañía el cual es el BEST para conocer las v etapas que se llevan a cabo y la documentación necesaria para tener una buena gestión de calidad. Con esto se diseña un diagrama de flujo para cada grupo donde describe su procedimiento y así puede ser compartido y entendido con los interesados para un mejor análisis de los procesos. Según la información recolectada por el personal de la empresa y por medio de la observación directa se elaborará el diagrama de proceso del área de reclutamiento y selección de staff de una manera amplia, ya partiendo de ahí se elaboraran diagramas de flujos no tan extensos para los subprocesos que contiene, incluyendo documentos y bases de datos que se requieran para generar la actividad; con la visualización del diagrama de proceso se podrá hacer algunas modificaciones si lo requiere para disminuir el tiempo en que se lleva el proceso o mejorar alguna actividad.

    The fundamental purpose of the present project consisted in the elaboration of a proposal to improve the management of maintenance inventories (spare parts, tools and supplies) of transport units for the company Premezclados Marcuzzi Paramillo CA (MAPACA), setting as specific goals to diagnose the current situation of said management, carry out the codification of the articles and their classification under the ABC model and describe the processes and parameters of the proposal. The research corresponded to the qualitative approach, with an exploratory, descriptive and explanatory design and documentary and field design, and the data collection techniques were direct observation and the survey.
