El siguiente proyecto es una guía enfocada a apoyar la gestión del almacén con una visión general de la clasificación del inventario del tramo de la línea de corte, que facilita la gestión del movimiento diario del almacén para reducir las pérdidas antes mencionadas. En este proyecto se va a encontrar una guía administrativa para la categorización de la bodega, donde podemos visualizar una propuesta para evitar la pérdida continua de los materiales vigentes en el inventario. Ferretería Técnica tiene varias líneas de herramientas las cuales tienen un gran porcentaje de ventas anuales, la línea que más se ve afectada con la perdida de inventario es la línea de corte, siendo esta más importante para la micro empresa, ya que esta línea representa un porcentaje del 80% de ventas anuales y con la falta de una herramienta ofimática que trabaje de la mano con el inventario se están generando unas pérdidas de casi un 20% , ya que con esta línea se surten las empresas más importantes de la región en la rama. Estas herramientas son: cinceles, discos de corte, agujas, brocas, juegos de machos, escariadores, amoladoras de hilo, sierras, soldadoras molinos, etc. Donde la herramienta que más se ve afectada en su inventario son las brocas y los juegos de machos. En este documento se puede observar la creación de la herramienta ofimática para el manejo y control de inventarios en el que sea aporta una solución a las pérdidas de unidades en la ferretería, dándole una automatización en el sistema y dando mejora a las tomas físicas que se realicen en el transcurso del año.

The following project is a guide focused on supporting warehouse management with an overview of the inventory classification of the section of the cutting line, which facilitates the management of the daily movement of the warehouse to reduce the losses. In this project you will find an administrative guide for the categorization of the winery, where we can visualize a proposal to avoid the continuous loss of current materials in the inventory. Ferretería Técnica has several lines of tools which have a large percentage of annual sales, the line that is most affected by the loss of inventory is the cutting line, this being more important for the micro company, since this line represents a percentage of 80% of annual sales and with the failure of an office tool that works hand in hand with the inventory are generating losses of almost 20%, , since this line supplies the most important companies in the region in the area of metalworking where these companies can perform their work of cutting iron materials and create the necessary parts for the machines that are needed in the industry, some of the tools in this line are the following: chisels, cutting discs, needles, drill bits, core sets, reamers, thread grinders, saws, welding mills, etc. Where the tool that is most affected in your inventory are drill bits and macho sets. In this document you can see the creation of the office tool for the management and control of inventories in which it provides a solution to the losses of units in the hardware store, giving an automation in the system and giving improvement to the physical shots that are made in the course of the year.
