El objetivo del presente trabajo es proponer un Centro de distribución en Ecuador, Ambato para la Empresa “Necyar Jeans” en Cúcuta, Norte de Santander. Para ello, se pretende identificar la situación actual de la empresa “Necyar Jeans” para determinar su posición dentro del mercado; analizar la viabilidad de realizar un centro de distribución de la empresa “Necyar Jeans” en la ciudad de Ambato, Ecuador; y finalmente diseñar un centro de distribución para la empresa “Necyar Jeans” para la comercialización de jeans. Se trata de un estudio mixto, con nivel descriptivo, junto a un diseño de campo, utilizándose como población 12 personas: Gerente general (1), Jefe de mercadeo (1), y Personal de producción (10). Se utilizarán como técnicas de recolección de datos la entrevista semi - estructurada, la revisión documental, y como técnicas clave de manejo de la información para el establecimiento de conclusiones: el análisis de las 5 fuerzas de Porter, la Matriz DOFA, la Matriz del Perfil Competitivo (MPC) y la Matriz de Costos Logísticos. Igualmente, en el desarrollo logístico del centro de distribución se debe tener en cuenta los aspectos normativos, legales y del Consejo Nacional de Trabajo y Salario, en salarios, servicios, arriendos y toda la documentación que se debe de reunir, para poder funcionar en forma clara en el Cantón de Ambato, República de Ecuador.

The objective of this work is to propose a distribution center in Ecuador, Ambato for the Company “Necyar Jeans” in Cúcuta, Norte de Santander. To do this, it is intended to identify the current situation of the company “Necyar Jeans” to determine its position within the market; analyze the feasibility of creating a distribution center for the company “Necyar Jeans” in the city of Ambato, Ecuador; and finally design a distribution center for the company “Necyar Jeans” for the marketing of jeans. This is a mixed study, with a descriptive level, together with a field design, using 12 people as the population: General Manager (1), Marketing Manager (1), and Production Personnel (10). The semi-structured interview, the documentary review will be used as data collection techniques, and as key information management techniques for establishing conclusions: the analysis of Porter's 5 forces, the SWOT Matrix, the Profile Matrix. Competitive Cost (MPC) and the Logistics Cost Matrix. Likewise, in the logistical development of the distribution center, the regulatory, legal and National Council of Labor and Salary aspects must be taken into account, in salaries, services, leases and all the documentation that must be gathered, in order to function properly. Clear in the Canton of Ambato, Republic of Ecuador.
